This is my first stainless steel set and I love them so far. I tested them out by making pancakes and frying some eggs, 10/10 recommend. They seem very sturdy and distribute the heat very evenly. It’s a very beautiful set. If you’ve never cooked on stainless steel I highly recommend researching before purchasing. You have to preheat your pan and make sure it’s hot enough before adding your oil and food otherwise it will stick. ... show more

It’s been a learning curve for me. I’ve always used non stick coated pots and pans. The pans heat up fairly fast and distribute the heat well. My biggest problem is having oil burn so I’m switching to a higher temp I’ll like avocado oil instead of olive oil. Is more difficult to clean then non stick. I’ve had some good luck with using The Pink Stuff cleaner though. They appear very well made and durable. Looking forward to figuring these out. ... show more

Wish I had the before photo. I was steaming sweet potatoes when we smelled burning. My brand new pot was ruined, or so we all thought. It was burned bad. REALLY BAD!! My husband found a method to clean the pot using lemons. Cut 3 or a lemons, check, we have a lemon tree, fill pot with water, check, we have water, and boil for five to 10 minutes. Didn't do a whole lot on its own, but the wooden spoon helped scrape some off. My husband used Bar Keepers Friend and after about 20 minutes with one if those sponges with a scrubbing side declared the interior clean. I finished scrubbing the bottom of the pot and the lid. Looks like new. Can't figure out why people can't clean these pots and pans. My previous pots and pans were 40+ year old Farberware that still looks great. Got a new induction stove and needed new cookware. I would not hesitate to recommend these as long as you will take care of them. Stainless is the best and this brand is great. I bought additional pieces. So happy. ... show more

I’ve only used these a dozen times or so but they are well worth the cost. They cook great, and very sturdy and well made, and require much less heat than my old set. The only downside was my fault, I didn’t pay attention to how large everything was. Make sure you have plenty of storage room

It takes some adjusting to heating the pans vs cooking with Teflon, but have mastered that in a short time. We feel these pans are much healthier to use. Clean up is easy once u master how to cook with them.
