I received the 12" skillet for a Christmas gift. I've always had Calphalon cookware but eggs always stuck unless you used some sort of oil. But this new OIL INFUSED is the BEST! Nothing sticks! EVER! Easy cleanup. Now I have all three sizes of the Oil Infused Classic skillets. Happy cooking !

I’m a great home cook pretending to be a gourmet chef, lol. I am really enjoying cooking with these pans! They heat extremely well and evenly. They are so nonstick I had to relearn the art of turning fried potatoes over and not just chasing them around the pan with a spatula! I’m really impressed with these pans. They have quickly become my go to & favorites! Even over my very expensive Copper Core All Clad Set! I highly recommend them! So happy I purchased them! I like these pans. Inexpensive and work well for me. I use silicon cookware and when I wash I just use dishsoap and my bare hands. I tend to cook on everything as if it were stainless steel and nothing has given me issues on these pans.

I purchased these pans in October of '22. At first, they were easy to clean as I used them for frying bacon, eggs and sautéing vegetables. After about one year, frying bacon became difficult, and the bacon would stick and cleaning the pan also became a chore.
