My daughter was having so much pain in sciatic nerve from two out of place disk in back. I thought what the heck, certainly the heat would help and it had a battery. That was a week ago and she told me today, that she didn't know what I paid for it, but it was well worth the cost. She works from home and keeps it on almost constantly to keep pain under control. One day she started to go down steps and the pain was so great, she called for her teen daughter to help her. She was fearful she was going to have her daughter stay home from school to take her to doctor, but her daughter helped her to car and ran back into the house to get this wrap. they just placed it behind her back and plugged it into car. It was helpful with the pain and she was able to drive self to the doctor's . She works from home and kept it around her while working on computer.

I absolutely LOVE my back massager. I love the versatility of the settings. It has just the right amount of heat, although I would not advise putting it against bare skin. It has just the right amount of compression. And the massage doesn't pinch.

This has helped relieve back pain, however, the heat setting is too hot, especially when combined with vibration and lumbar support options. Cannot use on the high heat setting, it will burn my skin. Medium is ok for a little bit, but then becomes too much as well. Overall though, this does help my back relax and open up more movement for me.

This product has really helped with back issues I'm having. The heat is the best I've had in like products. That being said I'm getting ready to send my second one back after vibrating part stopped working. If that wasn't an issue I would give it a 5 star rating.

When I first got this product I was very excited. This product has high reviews and was looking forward for it to help my lower Back pain. When I first turned the heat on high it felt like my skin was melting off (not literally) and I also had a barrier of a shirt so it wasnt directly on the skin either. The only setting I could use for heat is low. Even the low setting is uncomfortably hot. I've been having to use this heating pad everyday to help my lower back since I pulled my back muscle the massage feature is great but it's a little loud. Anyway, I'm going tohqve to return this since the massage feature doesn't work anymore and I've only had this heating pad for 6 days.
