The ukulele is lovely, I bought it for a display. The light wood is a tan shade and there is pretty detailing around the opening. However, there is a big stupid white manufacturer sticker inside the instrument, just behind the opening that looks pretty tacky. I loosened the strings and peeled out as much as I could, then went over the remaining paper with tan acrylic paint. Why make such a pretty item and eff it up with a tacky sticker, lol? At least make it dark so it doesn't spoil the appearance. ... show more

This ukulele is affordable and very nice. It’s charming, with a rosewood fretboard and a mahogany body. I recommend anyone give it as a gift. It even comes with a digital tuner. Sometimes the tuner gets out of sync, but I just take the battery out for a couple of seconds and put it back in. This ukulele has a very pleasant sound, so my family loves to hear me play. It’s simple to learn songs but still a fun challenge. There are many tutorials on Youtube and apps where songs can be learned. I can play “You Are My Sunshine,” “Twist and Shout,” and “10,000 Reasons (Bless the Lord).” My uke is relaxing to play outside and brings much joy. ... show more

This is my first ukulele and I am very impressed , It was easy to tone, sounds good, abd the cherry on top the inclusion of the bag makes it easy to bring around wspically with the comfortable strap! Inexpensive tuners may or may not hold up in the long run. but better than so many cheap ukes I've seen. Tonewoods are good and it's a great way to start someone on this fun instrument. The bag is simple and cheap, the strap cute...but it's something...and is a complete starter. Could only be better if a tuner were included..definitely buy one. ... show more
