My first try at this was a little clumsy but this sauna bag is worth it once you use it once or twice. It is pretty easy to use and the instructions were clear. The bag is plenty long enough even if you're taller and I like that it has arm holes for when you're using it. It's helped me during the winter months for muscle relaxation and tension. I do like it set pretty high and it's easy to turn down if I get to warm. Good product overall 10/10

I have a far infared sauna, but sometimes I don't feel like going in on my own & then cleaning up after. This blanket style fills in that gap. It is easy to use & does help me sweat on 167 for 40 minutes. You do have to wipe it down after, but I simply spray it with colloidal silver & wipe down. Let it air dry & put it away. The price is decent & in checking it over, it's not cheaply made. I'm not saying it's high end, just saying that, for the price it's decent.

Originally got this for my wife so she can enjoy some sauna at home. Turns out this doesn't satisfy her needs as she doesn't feel like a sauna experience. I ended up using it as a heated blanket with holes for my hands so I can get comfie playing video games on a cold day.

This is essentially a heated sleeping bag. I find it a bit heavy and claustrophobic, but my husband enjoys it. It does get warm enough to work up a sweat, and I'd suggest lining it with a sheet or towels for ease of cleaning. Otherwise, it works well. The construction is solid, and it is easy to use.

I love saunas, but my other half doesn't and so I can never seem to get enough time in them at the gym. This was a happy compromise in that I can lay in it on bed at home while my partner is in their comfort. Setting this up was easy. Per the instructions, it can get up to 167F (personally did not want to risk getting hurt at that high of a heat so did not test on my skin). What it feels like: It makes your body feel like your the tamale wrapped in a corn husk being boiled alive. You're wet and soggy. So not quite the gym sauna effect. But if you want a good sweat, this will definitely get you there - in time. The worst part about this blanket is cleaning all of the sweat out of it. Personally, I think I prefer the gym where I can just walk out and leave, lol.

I have health issues that respond well to heat therapies. I own a dry sauna and when using that, I can almost stretch out but I'm mostly sitting. Lying inside this heat blanket cranked up high for 60 minutes gives me relief, too, but differently because I'm laying down -- completely covered from the neck down on top of my bed. This heat blanket is well worth the expenditure and highly recommended!
