    • Bagel Feature Does Not Work
I liked everything except the bagel feature. YES, I read the instructions and the following is how it read. For the Bagel/Muffin Button it says: The BAGEL FEATURE just toasts the cut side of the bagel, NO toasting on the other side. Instruction #4 in this section says - Press the Bagel/Muffin button. WHITE LED indicates BAGEL feature is activated. The MUFFIN FEATURE will toast on BOTH sides for English muffin. Instruction #4 in this section says - Press bagel/muffin button for over two seconds. RED LED indicates BAGEL feature is activated. BOTH sides of my bagels were toasted no matter which LED was lighted, RED or WHITE. Bottom line, English muffin feature was activated for both the red and white LED. This was true for both the left and right sides of the toaster. Actually, I don't understand the muffin feature anyway. Why do you need a button to tell it to toast both sides? Just put the muffin in and push it down like toasting bread! ... show more

Purchased a 4 slot Buydeem Toaster a few weeks ago from Amazon, delivery was expected and within the time frame. Once we received the toaster we had some questions regarding the settings, etc. The response from Buydemm was exceptional, courteous and very prompt on solving the issue.
