It fit my frame perfectly, I have a full size bed and the bed frame is just a little larger to accommodate the mattress so it's not hanging over the frame. And it was long enough so that I didn't have to worry about it going between the horizontal rails. My first night sleeping with it under the mattress it was very supportive. I could tell the difference right away. So happy that I found it. It does slide but my frame sides won't let it go too far. My frame is metal so that's possibly why. Very happy with it.

I was a little apprehensive about buying one of these for under a hundred dollars. Actually It works great. It fit the bed frame dimensions perfectly, and feels like a quality product. The only downfall this has is its in 2 pieces and it doesn't meet on the bar in the middle of the bed. So in the it only gets supported by the side rails. If I had to do it again, I would buy a one piece fold out model. It's very sturdy and stays in place well.

Edited the review below after using if for a few weeks. Why did you pick this product vs others?: Price was good. Fit: Terrible fit. Board is supposed to be 60x80 queen and not only pleasure 57 x 78 leaving gaps. There is a strong odor. It might be the cover over the board but we can’t tell. Smelled it right away when we took it out of the plastic. I can’t place what it smells like but it is not pleasant. Maybe it is the non-slip dots. I am hoping it goes away. If not I will have to return it. It’s not pleasant. So far we have just stuck the board on the bed and then the mattress. Tried it out for a few minutes and seems to do the job. I’ll update review once we use it for a while. *Edit - the smell has went away. The board not fitting the frame is causing the mattress to shift and also causing the board to migrate out from under the mattress. Almost every other day I have to put the boards back and every day I have to push the mattress back.
