Charges quickly and is super easy to clean out. It does a fantastic job picking up debris ranging from twigs/pine needles down to little sand granules. If you have a flat above ground pool or in ground simple square shape, it will do great. However, if it has significant dips or ripples in bottom liner, it will get stuck as it just doesnt have quite enough power to get over these areas. Otherwise, it did a fantastic job of cleaning our 21ft. pool. There are times it will pause and only move a short distance, but don't despair or pull it out, it does this sometimes and then continues cleaning out pool. Battery life so far has been great...we have had it a month and use it almost every day.

I got this because it had bigger wheels and I hoped it would be able to get over the few small winkles in the bottom of my pool. Well never got to test that theory. I dropped him in the pool came back 15 minutes later and he made it 2ft. He would jet 2ft 1 way then jet 2 feet back. Then 2 ft the other way again. Lather rinse repeat. I watch him for about 5 minutes do this, then I moved him to another spot. He did the same thing. Now inthat 2ft area is VERY clean and he sucked up a bunch of small grit. But I wanted a robot vacuum so I could drop him in the pool and walk away. Not to manually move him around.

I NEVER leave one star reviews but this product is not worth the money. I’ve done all of the trouble shooting but simply can’t get it to move in the pool without a shove to get started. I’ve owned several other brands and never had this issue. reviewer DawnL has video of hers doing the same thing. so am contacting g the company for a replacement or refund so will update based on that interaction

So far so good. It runs well and is currently mapping my pool. It drains quickly and catches dirt and debris. This thing weighs like 20lbs so it’s pretty durable, and I like that you don’t have to open the chassis to charge it. Something that took me a second to realize is that the charge indicator is the small light on the charger itself, not the green light on the robot. Takes about 2.5 hours to charge when completely dead.

Good for what its intended to be used as. I rolled the dice to see how this would work with a deeper pool. It does fine in the deep and shallow areas but it struggles when it goes to climb up the deep to the shallow. To be fair, this is not what the description says its intended for so its my own fault. When its in the deep or shallow it works great. Goes side to side and sucks up leaves and more importantly for me, sand. Its just the incline that gives it issues. I think the description should not say above ground since it is fine in both as long as they have a flat bottom that is the same depth. I still gave the product 5 stars because I feel it does a great job if used for what it says its for. can't take away a star because I tried to use the product for something its not intended for. Good value IMO.

Disappointed… this pool robot vac had great reviews. Opened and read instructions. also watched videos. Vac turned on after charging. Placed in pool and it ran for less than a minute. Frustrated and looked at the manual to trouble shoot. This vac is adjustable so I tried all modes. Last resort even removed the cleaning brushes just in case the small ripples in our liner were the the issue. It still just started and moved for a few secs and stopped.

This is a great pool cleaner. It does seem a tad expensive, but it does pick up debris like leaves, dirt, sand, rocks. I like that it is cordless and it does seem to last a long time. You do need the dry the area where you plug the cord in for charging. The suction is strong and the basket catches most things. It is easy to empty. It is easy to pull out of the water as well.
