I print a good bit of envelopes for my accounting practice when we send mail to Clients. A very annoying wrinkle appears on the front of the envelopes when you print the envelope. Not a look that I like to present to Clients. Not a good appearance at all. I tried to stop it but cannot. Not satisfied with this aspect of the printer.     • Very happy with this all-in-one B&W laser printer
We got this all-in-one laser printer to replace an all-in-one ink jet that had finally met its maker. While we prefer a color printer, we do not print that often, and we kept having problems with the ink jet because it would dry out between uses and get clogged. We just couldn't justify the cost of a color laser, so we felt a B&W laser was our best option. We are very happy with this unit. Setup, including WiFi configuration, was quick and simple. The print quality is excellent and the time to first print, and subsequent print speed, is more than quick enough for our needs. Scanning, both using the automatic document feeder, and the flat bed, are excellent. We are also very pleased with the included software. The inclusion of PaperPort was a nice bonus. The Brother Control Center makes managing the printer simple, and the scan function is easy to use. We also really like that when using the scan button on the printer, it will create a multi-page PDF file without having to go back and forth to the computer. While the printer prints duplex (two-sided) automatically, it does not do duplex scans automatically, but, we knew that before we ordered it, and that wasn't enough of a need for us to opt for the 2750 instead. ... show more
