I found on the Brother site a setup wizzed for my computer. It set up the printer easily after having trouble following the written instructions. Note that I found the same printer via the Brother site for $119.00 at a recommended seller.

It took longer than Amazon Prime items usually take, and then when it finally arrived, it was obviously a used product, and it did not turn on at all. Item was DOA. I have to power cycle the printer before most attempts to print. Any attempt to print from the front slot (envelopes, checks) will result in a mangled, misaligned print. The resolution for this issue involves opening the back of the printer which results in an error message and an inability to print. I am very close to doing an Elvis on this printer! ... show more

Trash printer, always in sleep mode and hardly ever works. Doesn't work with either of our windows PCs after installing drivers, works sometimes with Mac.
