    • Product Didn’t Work. Customer Support Doesn’t Respond. We got screwed.
The media could not be loaded. Our product is stuck with a red light because its water reservoir doesn’t connect appropriately. Have spent an hour trying different ways to get it to work and it’s the same problem. Water only dispenses if I’m holding the filter by hand, which means the reservoir is detached and there’s little water. Britta as a brand doesn’t have customer support. They are now owned by Hamilton Pools which has a non-existent phone support line and hasn’t responded to my inquiries on the website (their only path to let them know of a problem / try to rectify). I highly doubt I’m even viewable as a customer on their end given how antiquated their systems seem to be and because I purchased through Amazon. Amazon has a different and much less appealing returns policy with this product, offering a partial refund 30 days after the product is returned The product doesn’t work…. And we are frustrated we bought it because now we’re basically stuck with this broken equipment with the supplier being MIA for help and Amazon disincentivizing a return. We absolutely love the Brita Hub Countertop Water Filter System! The water tastes super clean and fresh, and it gives us real peace of mind knowing it reduces over 70 contaminants. The sleek, compact design fits perfectly on our counter, and the 9-cup reservoir lasts all day for our family. Setting it up was straightforward, but we picked up a few tips to make installation even easier: Be sure to wash the water reservoir with soapy water and rinse well before first use. Insert the filter with the Brita logo facing you; press the top end in until you hear two clicks to ensure it’s secure. After installing a new filter, it’s important to flush the system by running two full reservoirs of water through before you start drinking—this helps the filter perform at its best. You can use this water for plants if you’d like! Always fill with only cold water up to the MAX line. The filter life light turns green once everything is set, and it will let you know when it’s time for a replacement. Changing the filter is also easy—just press the eject button inside and pull the used filter straight down. The used filter is recyclable through TerraCycle. The instant filtration is a game-changer—filtered water is ready at the touch of a button. We also like how easy it is to refill and clean. The 1st one I received did not work, the exchange works fine, but I learned from my first experience and I altered the directions before using it- Very easy to use, great filtration for the price. The troubleshooting info on Amazon is for a different model, not the Hub

Moving to DFW from the North, the water here is straight garbage. Almost undrinkable and I’m shocked it’s considered potable. This removed the stench and bad taste of Dallas water so well!
