There are six icons on the screen, each icon contains different built-in 4 modes. Press “<” and “>”button to change the six icons（6 main modes). Press the “M “to try 4 different modes within that selection. If you want continuously stimulate, select the first icon and press M then select mode 3. It works for me.

I’ve owned multiple tens units since having my broken neck repaired in 2008. This one is my favorite. I love that when the battery finally dies (a charge lasts a long time) all I have to do is charge it via the USB cord it comes with. It’s has more options than any of my others for intensity & choices of frequency it puts out. I chose this unit at a friend’s recommendation & Im so glad I did! It comes with a carry bag & a cord that can be attached so you can wear it around your neck, making it easy for me to take it with me while in use or in my purse. I’d for sure buy this unit again.
