Packaged well. Instructions included. Very easy to install. Looks good. Fast shipping (arrived 3-4 days earlier than expected). 10 minutes max to install. I may put just a dab of silicon in the screw slot to keep water from collecting but doubt it's necessary. If there is a con it's that you cannot lock the rails. Knew that going in and it might be a good thing if I decided to sell the vehicle later. Overall very good product for less than $90. Update 1/4/21 Added photos. I do really like the look and will be installing a cargo basket in the near future. ... show more

    • Easy to install, sturdy, nice looking
I put these on in 10 minutes. Simply loosen with Alan wrench, open and twist the bottom piece, position, move bottom piece under the rack and tighten down. I measured 3" back from the front mount so the front of the bar lines up just along the edge of the back of my sunroof and I agree with another's review that the rear bar could've gone back a little farther, but I got it 3" from the front of the back mount. ... show more

Use on a 2014 RAV4. I tried a cheaper set that broke the first time I mounted them. These are much better and fit well. There is no little key needed to put these on. Just hex head screws. They are nice and sturdy and they mount solidly.

These roof racks are quiet even at highway speeds. Just installed yesterday but seems to be of good quality. I am completely satisfied with this purchase. Ordered on a Friday, delivered by FedEx on Sunday.

These crossbars fit my 2018 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid perfectly. They took about 20 ish minutes to install. Super simple, came with instructions and tool, I had no problems. They feel very sturdy, I’m definitely please with this purchase.

    • Good but has a major limitation
Maximum distance between the crossbars is 29" (on 2018 RAV4). While there is a width adjustment 29" is the max. The OEM version allows up to 42" distance. The smaller spacing is a BIG PROBLEM when mounting a large carrying bin on the roof- less stability and more vibration at higher speeds. I purchased the product because of its higher carrying capacity (150lbs vs 100lbs for other ones) and assumed that it would perform similar to the OEM version. If the primary purpose for getting the cross bars is to mount a bike rack or boat / canoe rack than the product is great. If the purpose is to mount a larger (longer) cargo bin than probably there are better options. Two other minor flaws: 1. one would think that the seller on a $100 item could throw in a ten cent allen wrench to make the installation a little easier. 2. the four top indentations where the allen screws sit should be protected with a plastic or rubber plug. This will minimize future problems with rust, dirt making the screws "frozen". I put in small beads of black silicone caulk. ... show more
