I mounted these bars on a 2024 Crosstrek Wilderness edition. I am not certain but, the Wilderness Edition roof rails may be mounted closer to center than on the other editions. It might have something to do with the way they are mounted which gives the higher load capacity. The rails have a provision to adjust for width but the range is not very extensive. The front rail will be at the inner limit (shortest position) and the rear rail will be too long. The profile of the rails is the same, it's the width of the rear rail that will be an issue. It's an easy fix if you have some basic tools. Cut about 1/4 inch off both ends of the rear rail. I did this with a hack saw. Wrap the bar with some tape before starting the cut. The tape will highlight a cut line and help to keep the blade in place as you start the cut. Now, when you attach the riser, the inner of the two mounting screws becomes the outer screw. Mark the location for the new inner screw, drill and tap. Even if you had to buy the tools to do this you will have spent less than the cost of a set of Thule bars. The bars are nice looking and sturdy, maybe not as high a quality finish as the other brands but really close. I have no doubts about their ability to hold the typical bike, kayak or ski rack. ... show more

I ordered this for my 2019 Subaru Crosstrek. Installation was pretty simple, but the back bar was slightly too large for my roof rails. I had it loosened as short as it would go and tried to push it on for a while and almost gave up. Thankfully my boyfriend was able to eventually strong arm it into place but it wasn’t easy and I was afraid it was going to break my rails. Now that it’s on it works great for transporting my kayak, but it’s not something that could easily be taken off and on. I do like the look of it though they look like factory roof racks and match well ... show more

The rack feels solid and easy to install. You can install it by yourself or have someone help you to make it more easier. Allen wrench is the only tool you need. Better to use a step ladder and tape measure for accurate spacing of the rack.

I use these on my 2016 CrossTrek. Even without realizing that these are inexpensive bars, they are of good quality. They have never shifted despite carrying 80 pound loads in windy conditions. They are silent and do not affect fuel economy. They do not have any locking capability, though this is not a deal breaker for me. Each bar is secured with two screws, which given the stress the endure, seems a bit underwhelming, but I have yet to have a problem despite frequent use. I can’t imagine a better set of bars for this value, and really can’t see what more expensive bars could offer that these don’t. Will buy again for next car. ... show more

Fits perfectly with my 2023 Crosstrek. Easy to install but take your time to measure all sides to square up crossbars. I installed rear crossbar first, 14" from bottom siderails. Front crossbar 30" from rear crossbar. You can do your own measurements depending on your needs as long as it is squared up. ... show more
