Description

Dahlias are amazing cut flowers, but they can also be wonderful garden plants. These perennials can be sensitive to cold weather, so if they are not grown in a warm climate it is best to dig them up for storage or to grow them as annuals. For the best results, the dahlia plant needs full sun. However, in zones 8 and up they will do better with some morning sun and afternoon shade.
