To my surprise when I opened the box the only charger supplied with the product was a charger that plugged into a Braun Charging Station rather than into a standard wall outlet. There were no warning on the box that a Braun Charging Station was required (or you had to purchase another charger). It is very difficult to find a hair clipper that is good for hair lengths over 25 mm. The Braun HC5050 included 17 settings up to 35 mm. Since it was so difficult to find I did not want to return the product so I bought a Braun Charger. There is probably another Braun product that includes a charger cord that doesn't require a charging station, and I probably could have found it if the product simply disclosed that fact on the packaging. This hair clipper can not be used in America. Our house in America does not the same power strip/surge with the item.
