The media could not be loaded. I was a little worried after reading the reviews but I am extremely happy with my purchase of the cordless wahl Senior I can tell you with great confidence that my tool arrived very quickly and brand new in great condition, no hair clippings or fingerprints to speak of. Also this tool is a geniune wahl product and is the latest version available. The only downside was this was the south or Central American version that I received (I’m in the United States) they sent me a plug that is Used in South America, however they did send me a U.S. adapter that is not a wahl product. I don’t use it because it’s quite cumbersome and I have quite a few Wahl chargers anyhow. If this is your only Wahl tool be mindful if you are in the U.S. you may get the incorrect charger. However, for the price you saved buying here I still recommend purchasing it. As far as a performance, it’s excellent. The weight feels really premium and well made. The blade is sharp but not sharp enough to cut skin. It is extremely powerful and cut through large amounts of hair, wet or dry clean or dirty. And has a pleasant sound. So, I was expecting the worse given the fact that most of the reviews are saying that the item is heavily used or is missing parts. When my package arrived, it's true... it's not brand new as I can see fingerprints all over but that's really it. All the accessories were included and wrapped in their original packaging because the seal wasn't broken. I took the blades off to see if my unit was used and there was not one single strand of hair. Trust me, if you used it once, you'd see hair fragments in the grease and all the nooks and crannies. Looks like the person who bought mine previously didn't even use it so I guess I got lucky? Anyhow, this is new enough to me so I'll be keeping it. Maybe you'll get 'lucky' too? For the clipper itself, dude, it's pretty awesome. Noise level is low, cuts super sharp, removes bulky hair like there's no tomorrow, and just overall feels good in the hand. I've been cutting hair for 20+ years by myself with a cord and now I can't live without a cordless clipper. Game changer for sure! Sure, I wish it was completely brand new as this is not a cheap piece of equipment. However, given the fact that this unit is hard to find in other stores and people are buying clippers like it's toilet paper due to Covid, I'm ok with my purchase. I'm no professional, but I have been cutting my own hair for many years. These are a game changer! I've been purchasing the cheap standard Walmart models for years. These have great power and the battery lasts for several hair cuts. I would highly recommend these!

    • Do NOT buy. Wahl quality has become worse than your cheapest Made in China tools.
I dont know whats going on with Wahl but their quality has gone from being the best to being the worst. I dont know if they have all of their manufacturing moved to China now but I have purchased these and after a month they stopped working so I returned them and the new ones wouldnt cut hair with the foot extended. I purchased their charging station that will charge 3 clippers at once and after 3 months it stopped working. The charging station cost me about 175.00. I am moving completely away from Wahl now. If your a barber/stylist like me, you dont have time for equipment to be breaking down every couple months. Wahl has become worthless junk. ... show more
