Love these clippers. I’m a barber so when I’m cutting hair these are my go to clippers they’re very good and never fail me. Only thing I would say if you’re a barber or beginner barber is to buy a ceramic blade separately to avoid the overheating of the blade.

Wahl Senior, is a classic clipper, a go-to no matter what hair type or texture you're dealing with. If there is any clipper you need, it's this one! It is very versatile, simple, and easy to use. Compared to other professional clippers, this one is pretty affordable too. I was kind of iffy at first buying my clipper off of Amazon but I believe I made a great choice. The customer service has been amazing. I did a bunch of research this time because my last clippers were always underpowered and only lasted a year both times I got it before burning out. I use clippers only to give myself buzz cuts, I have extremely thick hair and these clippers made short work of doing buzz cut. Only issue is they are so ugly. I liked the last versions colors so much better but could not find on Amazon so just got ugly color anyway. It bothered me even more in person so I ended up getting black replacement lever and power switch and removeing logo with acetone and rubing alcohol. Its still a bit ugly but in a way I like. Only real issue is its proprietary charger. Thats annoying but there are no USBC clippers available. Wahl just came out with Hig Vis trimers and they are USBC and are fantastic but not strong enough for my buzz cuts but perfect for shaveing face. Im hopeing wahl eventually makes updated Seniors that are USBC and not ugly accent color. ... show more

I purchased this trimmer and have been dissatisfied with a few key issues. Firstly, the trimmer is excessively loud, giving the impression that something may be loose inside. I expected a new trimmer to be in proper working condition without any need for adjustments. Additionally, the blue battery light constantly blinks, indicating a low battery, even when fully charged. This persistent flashing is not only irritating but also misleading. It undermines the convenience I was hoping for with this product. To make matters worse, I bought three of these trimmers, but have only used one so far.
