TPOB is a Barber and Stylist Brand that represents a new Generation of Professional Tools, Trimmers, Clippers, Shavers & Accessories aiming to bring High End Barber Tools at the Best Prices. How we were founded? TPOB was created in 2018 because we were sick and tired of the Barbering industry being run by Corporations and non Barbers, TPOB has quickly become one of the worlds leading clipper brands. Our company goal is to create high end products for a more affordable cost, products created by Barbers for Barbers. Why We LOVE what we do? We love to provide Customers with Quality Devices & Colorways they have never experienced. Most professional tools come with a high price tag, especially for just one device. We're here to offer similar quality products at a more affordable price. Many people find trimmer and clipper sets too expensive, and we want our community to know we're here to support them. Our goal is to provide reliable, high-performing tools without the hefty cost. That’s what motivates us—that’s what keeps us going.

Top Amazon Reviews

  • Absolutely Amazing, 5 of 5 Stars
Color: White
The short review: As I write this, Amazon is selling the black/color for $97, and my white/black was $129. It’s worth every penny of the higher cost. My direct and to-the-point recommendation is that if you're looking at these at all, get one. Look at the professional reviews of these and you’ll discover these are exceptionally highly regarded; I trust the guys who use these every day to put food on their table and a roof over their heads. Seriously, 5 of 5 stars and I’d give it bonus points if I could. The long review: If you’re worried about overpaying for something that a $30 clipper can do, I get it. $30 clippers are cheap and tend to break when dropped, aren’t well aligned, and are noisy. The blades dull quickly and you wind up with imprecise and uneven cuts. Do they cut hair? Sure, but it isn’t ever going to be a truly great cut and it’ll take a lot longer to do. How do I know? Because I did that for probably two decades before I finally got a professional quality clipper, an Andis ProAlloy. I think that set me back something like $120 back in 2002, which is more like double that in today’s money. It has paid for itself many, many times over. Recently, I’ve started to note a decline in performance and thought maybe it was time to explore cordless options. I’m sure the Andis would function as good as ever with a new blade and a little tuning, and I plan on doing that, but I figured I’d see how things had changed, and so decided to investigate cordless options. My background in barberism (get it?): On deployment a fellow Airman shoved a clipper at me and asked me to cut his hair. I’d never done it before. The basic buzz was easy as pie. As the deployment went along, I learned to taper and fade. I’m not a pro, and may never be, but I can make good basic cuts and I tend to cut my hair a lot better than barbers who charge quite a bit to ultimately frustrate me. Cuts being anywhere from $25-70 plus a tip make it awfully economical to cut your own hair, and frankly, it’s a lot easier than it might seem. With this as my basis for purchase, it was pretty easy to justify cheap clippers, and frankly, easier every day to justify quite expensive ones. Top of the line clippers are anywhere from $300-500 (very few in that top range). Most of the pros are using ones around $200-300. That’s four to six (or less) cuts worth of money and now you can do it yourself. These are selling for $98-$130 right now, which is even fewer trips to the barber per dollar. I watched a bunch of videos that professionals were making. I literally could not find a bad review of these, and in fact found nothing but glowing reviews. Everything they said about the clipper is precisely what I discovered when I finally got it in my hands. They’re absurdly quiet. The shape seems like it might not be all that ergonomic but as soon as you put it in your hand, you understand entirely; feels amazing. It’s got a metal body with a rubberized grip that isn’t so grippy that hair wants to stick to it; it’s more like slightly more grippy plastic if that makes any sense. The blade is incredibly sharp and you can darned near shave with it; use caution edging/blocking; it didn’t cut me, but you can certainly tell if you’re aggressive that it will (so a trimmer is in order unless you’re doing very light touch). You can zero gap them and comes with a tool to let you do that. For those of you who don’t know, zero-gapping is removing the distance between the stationary blade (the one on the ‘back’ of the clipper) and the cutting blade (the one between the top of the clipper and the stationary blade) which effectively shaves you. You can also adjust this to whatever gap you’d like. And the lever has detents; most clippers that cost less will have a ‘floating’ lever to adjust the closeness of the cut. This makes it MUCH easier to get the correct length since you know exactly how many ‘clicks’ you’ve moved the blade gap. The blade itself is incredibly sharp and precise. It stays cool which greatly extends blade sharpness and life, but also makes the clippers more efficient. There’s very little going over the same spot again; it just cuts. I cannot say enough good things about this clipper. As the pros consistently say, this is every bit as good as MUCH more expensive clippers, and better than a great many that cost much more. If you need a good set, this is it. ... show more

  • Good quality, cuts like knife through butter
Color: White
I have used these for almost a year and they are excellent. TBH I've only lubricated them once. They work amazingly. My only complaint is the charging base stopped working but it's not very useful anyway because plugging the cord from the adapter directly Into the device is better anyway. The charge lasts a long time and you'll hardly ever need to charge it. I think at this price, these are super good. I know that the ones I had gotten for around $40 were basically horrible compared to the butter-smoove TPOB Play. Not to beat a dead horse, though. Funny aside: I traveled and forgot the charger. I was at my destination for months and needed to charge my TPOB Play. So I cut open a USB cable and used clothes pins to affix them to the prongs of a shaver electrical adapter I bought at my destination, of which the other end was plugged into my TPOB Play. Then I connected the USB to my power bank. It worked. Just gotta make sure you get the '+' and '-' right. I did the first time. Excellent product: Quiet, lasts a long time without a charge, cuts cleanly and smoothly, cheaper than other products of comparable quality. It's a good buy, for sure. ... show more

  • These clippers hold their own in a traditional market!
Color: Blackout 2 Set
These clippers are great. Ive actually bought two sets. Told my cousin who's a barber with his own shop about them, he ordered some and use them within his setup. The other barbers laughed, now they all have some. I do my own beard, and I travel a lot, so not always having time to go to a barbershop, I need good clippers. So I bought an extra set for traveling. Out of the box, they are good clippers and trimmers. Then I zero'd the clippers and wow. I definitely would recommend them. Even as your other set for fading and detailing. The shaver is great as well. They are quiet, sharp, and easy to zero. My cousin had just bought some $500 clippers and said these arent that far off for a fraction of the cost. ... show more

  • 10/10. Five stars. Highly recommend.
Color: White 2 Set
I searched for a set of new clippers and trimmers for months prior to buying these. I was skeptical at first because of the price and I wasn't familiar with the brand. But they were recommended to me from a barber friend. I had my eye on some Babyliss cordless clippers and trimmers that were way more pricey but had terrible reviews about contacting the company. I have been nothing but happy and impressed with this set. They are super quiet and so smooth when cutting hair. I have even cut thick hair and cut a bunch off to get a shorter haircut. And these are amazing! I am definitely loving the no cord thing. I havent ran them dead or had an issue with them dying either. I charged em when I opened the package and then take turns charging themabout every 2 or 3 days depending on how much I use them throughout the day. I am a professional hair stylist working at a busy salon so they are definitely getting used. Oh and they are light weight as well and fit inside my small hands. I won't be killing my hand or wrist with bulky big clippers. 10/10. Five stars. Highly recommend. ... show more

  • PROFESSIONAL CLIPPER & TRIMMER
Color: White 2 Set
I’ve been working with these TPOB tools for a few months now, and they’re performing exactly as expected. The clipper has plenty of power for the majority of hair I cut, mainly Caucasian hair, and the cordless battery easily lasts through my full day’s schedule, averaging around 12 clients. The trimmer is sharp and does a clean job. My only wish is that it came with different size guards, like the clipper does with its 6 guards. Oh..and thez are VERY QUIET...big plus, for me and my clients. All in all, I’m satisfied with this product and would consider it a solid value. ... show more

  • Excellent beginner clipper
Color: White
Cuts really good and smooth with no problem and is really lightweight. I would recommend for beginners who are looking for budget clippers. The only problem is the blade, it is really fragile and can break a little bit if dropped. It has two speed modes which makes it convenient for different hair types. It looks and performs really well and easy to adjust. The guard attachments aren’t that good though. ... show more

  • Excellent quality and value
Color: Blackout 2 Set
Works wonderfully. Quiet, very smooth and very stable. Cordless design is amazing. The blades are very sharp out the box. Self explanatory but some tips came on how to align the blades and the guard, came with a plastic alignment guide for that purpose.

  • Perfect for my son with autism.
Color: Black/Green/Pink
I was looking for the quietest clippers to use for my son who has autism. Despite being a licensed hair dresser, it is still a struggle to cut his hair. He hates clippers due to sensory issues and it was very difficult to cut his hair with clippers or scissors. These clippers are rechargable and they are much less "rumbly" and loud. The only downside is I don't know that these would tolerate heavy use or lots of very thick hair. There is an obvious reduction of power and speed compared to my Whals, but I don't think this would be a problem for the average person using them at home. If you are a pro and you do a lot of men's cuts, this isn't going to be your go-to. But overall I am pleased. ... show more
