I’ve only had this brace for a week, but I’m impressed that it stays in place, which has always been a problem with me and my small forearms. Previous braces always slipped down. This stays in place, and I think is largely due to the stretchy, but reasonably substantial, material of the brace. This is the first brace that I’ve encountered that has this material. It is easily adjustable to achieve the pressure that is desired. The area of the pressure beads is small so one has to be careful that it’s put on the correct area, but once secured in place, it feels good, not intrusive, and it’s easy to just forget about it, especially since it stays in place. It is thin, perhaps 1 1/4inch in width, so if you want a wider band, this one isn’t for you. If it falls apart in a couple of weeks, I’ll post an addendum, but for now I’m well pleased with it, and my chronic tennis elbow is better controlled.

Overall, the brace works well. Unfortunately, I have such sensitive skin that it has left me with bruises in a couple of spots. I know it's just "old skin" and I've always been prone to bruising.

I have a golfer's elbow...and ...no I don't golf😂 My ortho recommended a brace. The first one I got was too big for me. The cushioned pad was just too wide for it to do any good. The ortho recommended I get a smaller one. This one seems perfect. It is narrow as is the pad. I am able to put the pad where it is needed and it stays in place. I have felt relief when wearing it and unlike the large one I hardly notice it on my arm.

Thinner than most, this band is comfortable yet firm and adjustable. It can be used for either medial (golf) or lateral (tennis) elbow, which is excellent. Good quality band.

Most of these bands have a firm but slightly flexible gel pad that is placed on the top of your forearm (for tennis elbow). The firm part helps distribute the muscles that pull on the sore tendons. This band has some kind of unbendable, hard circular piece instead. No idea why a slim band made to be worn under clothes would have a circular hard piece. It's uncomfortable for long periods and has more dimension than competitors. It's like strapping wood to your arm. It's slimmer than others for sure but the choice of firm material needs to be different IMO. Just do a very firm but slightly flexible & flatter gel pad. Update the design and it'll be great. The velcro is also starting to fray the material so I'm not sure how long this strap will last.

This brace is less bulky than other options yet seems to work as well. Easy to wear under long sleeve shirts and sweatshirts so you can wear it all day if needed.

While I like that this brace is much thinner and lighter than other braces, it is unfortunately too scratchy on my skin. It left my skin irritated.

Gives great support to my inner forearm tendon during rock climbing. Has significantly helped while rehabbing some tendonitis. It's slightly uncomfortable on the area where the thicker section is, I glued some soft cloth over top and the discomfort is gone though. Something they could improve on but not a huge downside
