I been use it over 3 months now, 8 in 1 machine, many options squats, abs, glutes, hamstrings, push up, sit up etc. it fit for the whole family to use this machine. It’s heavy duty and well build. Great for Sissy squats but at 230lbs the hyperextension is little unnerving (doesn't feel sturdy) also hard to position your feet to lock in while hyperextension, have to point toes out. Uncomfortable. Also doesn't come with an exercise program to see how everything is supposed to work

I received this product on Friday, May 8th. To my surprise, it came 5-6 days earlier than I was expecting. I was extremely excited to start using this as soon as it was delivered, however, once we opened the box, I noticed that it was slightly defective (it has white scuffs on the padding, and it was dented on one of the ends). I thought maybe the white scuffs were from the styrofoam and I tried to wipe it off but it didn’t work. We decided it wasn’t a huge deal and that we were going to put it together anyways, but then realized that we only had 2 little bags of parts, which were both sets of wheels, with no screws to put them on the product. None of these things would have been a big deal to us, but we also didn’t get the knob to adjust the height settings, or the part to adjust the 3 level setting and without those parts, it’s absolutely useless. It didn’t even come with a manual to show us what parts we should have. I’m definitely disappointed and I am waiting to hear whether I can have those parts shipped to me or if I’m going to have to return this product. ... show more
