Cold water never got cold. It came out luke warm, room temperature was coolest it got. When I went to return it from Amazon site, company did not offer to pay for return costs. I went to company website and they sent prepaid label for FedEx return but still had to pay $29.00 for the box from FedEx. Manastin company were quick to return my emails but they would not refund the cost of $29.00. Their product came defective and I had to pay, not good customer service if you ask me. UPDATE: Customer service contacted me and replied it was an over site on their part and they strive for customer service excellence. They have offered a $50 refund! Very much appreciated, thank you to them!

This is a water dispenser is useful for home. It is convenient to have cool water anytime, especially in summer, good experience for my family. Also tried the hot water, heat up quickly. Easy to set up bottles and the empty bottle indicator is also a smart function.

This water cooler has a compact design that doesn’t take up much space, which is great. It provides both hot and cold water and has a bottom-loading design for the water bottle, saving even more space. After using it for a few days, I feel it works well and is worth the price.
