The media could not be loaded. I bought this product from the seller he sent me instructions the product is defected which I messaged the seller. I told him Thank you for your instructions I did try again for a second time and did all of what you asked me to do. Everything was done and put together correctly and this product doesn’t work it’s not taking any water it doesn’t have a leak on the tubes they are well put in place the yellow light stay on for more than 5 minutes and it could stay on for a hour and it will not shut off. This dispenser came as a defect. I want to return it and have a refund sent back to my visa account. Thank you for getting back to me. I have not heard back from him which I had to report him on Amazon. It feels like I am being ignored and robbed of the money I spent. I’m hoping to hear from this seller and having him send me something in my email like information and instructions so I can return this water dispenser. Right now I am frustrated and not very happy about this. I will not recommend this product.

When the delivery arrived, I could tell right away the seller really cared about protecting the product. The box was tied with thick, sturdy straps, and the straps were sealed with tape so they wouldn’t slip. I recently purchased a water dispenser, and I am extremely satisfied with its performance! What's more, the process of refilling the water is very straightforward and doesn't easily clog, allowing even women to change the water bottle with ease. The cold water is NOT cold. We had a Biro that died but at least the cold water was cold. The other negative is a taller water glass does not fit under the dispenser. No wonder it was 55% off. 🥴

The media could not be loaded. The thing does not work!!! Don’t get it!! It’s easy to take out of the package… yes. It’s easy to read the directions. You have to be patient before you start using it of course. But it will not receive or dispense any water. There are 3 switches on the back (heat/red, pump/yellow & cool/blue) you have to Replenish/yellow for at least 24 hrs then press heat. I pressed yellow & after 1 minute it started beeping. I repeated a few times. Tried again the next day being patient. Nothing. Tried emailing the company (they promise to respond within 24 hrs) still no response. I watched videos. No instructions. I changed bottles, no help. Then I tried to return it, Amazon has to wait to hear back from “Manastin Co.” to approve it!! If I didn’t hear back, neither will Amazon! What a piece of trash!! And money!! I still haven’t gotten my money & I refuse to sell it knowing it doesn’t work. Buyer Beware & don’t buy it!!!

This has been an amazing water dispenser for our kitchen. It has a small footprint. Easy to change the water and clean and looks great. The cold water is nice and cold while the instant hot water is perfect for coffee or tea.
