This is a very sturdy cart. The hardware all feels a size bigger than needed and that's awesome. It's what I wanted for spending the extra money compared to the cheap ones and I feel this will last for many many years with no issue. The instructions were okay. The power strip part could use some work. You have to slide the shiny metal tabs into the back of the power strip and then screw them in to the cart. Not hard, just not explained. I think it's a 13mm and 8mm wrench or socket needed, and an adjustable worked to tighten the wheels (it was a bit tight, so the correct size wouldn't hurt.. not sure what it was.. but a larger metric)

The cart arrived on time and it was fairly easy to assemble. My husband uses it for a portable ultrasound machine in a veterinary office. It can fit a monitor, keyboard, and all the necessary items on the shelves. He can roll it around a very small country office. It's a quality product that proves very functional. When assembling, I left the fasteners loose, and later tightened them. As with most assembling projects, don’t completely tighten as you go, or it will be all misaligned and skewed. This is a great cart for ultrasound machine or anything you might need a cart for. Hope this helps anyone thinking about purchasing this organizer cart.

Very solid well made AV cart. Excellent value for the money. I am pretty good at putting things together...I have weathered Christmas Eve & putting together a Barbie Dream House that said 'some assembly required'. The directions aren't the best & it is easy to think you are doing things right, then you realize no you aren't. You have to take apart what you put together and flip it . That might be what is earning it bad reviews... as it isn't on quality and strength - this thing is built rock solid. I am a teacher and have seen plenty of AV carts in my 25+ years. This is a good buy - spread all your items out. Read the directions - read them again. Have a glass of wine or a beer to bolster you...you CAN do this.....

Not sure how they crushed it soo much that one thread on the bottom of the cart was bent. Straighten as best as I could and forced the bolt on the wheel as I needed this assembled and in use for next day. I have no other option but to use what was sent and too much trouble to ship back. Amazon only offers refund or replacement which is a positive. Though, this was installed at a facility and not as easy to coordinate to replace the parts. How do I get a big discount off? This is the 2nd one purchased and is heavy duty, this damaged one seems sturdy and functions.

I’ve been using this as a CRT cart for a month or 2 now, and it’s been great. It wasn’t too annoying to assemble and feels very sturdy. While the shelves are rated for quite a bit of weight, the top shelf has warnings for a significantly lower weight rating; most likely due to risk of tipping. Something to be aware of if you want to mount something on top. Also the rubber on top is just an unsecured rubber mat that slides around easily.

Excellent design. Easy to assemble. Rock solid. You even thought to put through holes in the outlet strip to allow for screwdriver to pass through for mounting. Also liked the universal holes punched, so any shelf could be used in any configuration. I read on here before I bought it that someone said after assembly, the wheels didn't sit on floor evenly. I assumed they assembled it wrong. I am certain they did now. As I built it, I left the fasteners loose. After it was all put together, I went back and tightened them. I am sure that is why the other person had issues. You cant tighten as you go, or it will be all cockeyed. Also I read on here that when the keyboard tray was pulled out, it fell of the slides/track. That also is an assembly issue. Loosen the fasteners for the tray slides and bring them in (tighter), and your problem will disappear. Love this cart, perfect for what I needed.

if you have an EATX PC that is 26" tall you wish to cart around this will need a lot of modifications that will require wide head self tapping screws. luckily its metal and metal is very pliable and forgiving if you need to modify anything. here is the rub. the instructions are not only incomplete, they are an outright lie. it says it needs a 13mm socket and a number 2 and 3 phillips head screw driver. throw away the P3 screwdriver, you wont need it. here is what you will need: a P2 screwdriver. a 13mm, 10mm and 8mm socket, a 3/4 thin wrench for the wheels. an Allen wrench set. an arc welder and goggles for when you rip one of the wheel mounts off. a runner to flip the circuit breakers back on. another person to hold the parts in place. sound dampeners for the metallic drumming that will occur if you put speakers on it. oh and a wide rim set of various washers to fix the leafs. and have a good medkit on standby, you will be bleeding by the end of this project since none of the edges are folded or rubberized and you will be working with a lot of force in tight spaces where your knuckles will slam into everything. this cart clearly was only designed for the age of CRT, VHS, DVD and film/digital projectors. this thing needs to be far more flexibly designed for PC and flatscreen. oh and fire the entire department who wrote and designed the instructions.

Not much to say about this product. There's a reason it's really the only one out there: it's the best. They're the standard cart for photography studios, and I have bought at least 20 of them. We need to trust them to hold iMacs and thousands of dollars of photo studio equipment, and they do the job exceptionally. I only have 2 complaints, but neither are worth knocking the rating: First, assembly is annoying. I'm a tall dude, so getting my hands in all the nooks and crannies to screw it together is a pain. But hey, it's worth the quality of the build. Second, I wish the top level has holes drilled in the metal below the rubber cover. Every studio I know, including mine, need to protect their computers by zip-tying them to the surface. We have to drill the holes ourself every time to secure the zip-ties, and it's quite annoying.
