The chair came within the timeframe specified. The box it came in was extremely beat up to the point where we couldn't even carry it inside, we needed to bring the pieces in. I contacted support and let them know how it arrived and they got back to me very quickly that if there were any missing or damaged pieces, they would send replacement parts out right away or they would accept it back if something didn't work. Most of it was very easy to put together. I had a little bit of a difficult time getting the back of the chair on and the instructions were a little vague but with a little ingenuity I figured it out. I've only been using the chair for a day or so but so far it is extremely comfortable with no issues. The biggest concern I always have is that the mechanism that keeps the chair at a certain height doesn't hold up, but it does seem to be perfectly fine right out of the box. If it holds up for a reasonable amount of time then I would have no problems ordering from this company again. It is hard to find well built, comfortable chairs that can hold a lot of weight and last. ... show more

I bought this chair for my man who’s a big time gamer and has scoliosis so his back often hurts from sitting too long in uncomfortable chairs. This chair, to my surprise, is such an amazing quality! First of, IT’S HUGE! None of that petite stuff as things often are when you order furniture online. It is very plush and comfortable. The only thing that I did not love… is the assembly. It took me way longer than it should have because I couldn’t get the back on. I tried by insurrections but it just wasn’t working out for me so I ended up figuring out another way of attaching the back of the chair (by removing arm rests and attaching them to the back before attaching the back to the seat. The other thing that I’m still confused about is… there is one piece under the chair that’s for moving the little thing in the back of the seat to support your lower back. I cannot figure out how to attach it! I’ve looked at instructions and it just shows to screw it into the bottom of the chair but there aren’t any holes for the two screws it’s supposed to be attached with. I thought that maybe I have to make my own two holes but I’m scared to ruin the chair so the thing is just hanging off the chair. Overall, the best office/gaming chair I’ve seen and sat in! This chair is the most comforable chair I have ever ordered for my office. It is wide and long in the seat and extremely padded. I am 220 lb's and my wife iss180lb and we both love it. This chair couild quite easily fit people twice our weight. It is extremly well put togather The chair was very easy to put togather, about 30 minutes. The rollers are very quiet when you move, unlike other cheaper wheels. This chair is equal to ones I looked at office depot for between 500-600 dollars, but did not want to spend that much. This chair for under 250.00 is a dream. Do not spend your money on the 100-150 dollar chairs that fall apart in 6 months. Buy this one and you will be glad you did. We have no regrets.     • Really nice chair, once you find the parts...
I had a bit of a misunderstanding with the directions and was under the impression I was missing an arm rest and the set of wheels. I looked at other reviews and realized this had happened to other as well. I contacted the seller and they were very quick to respond, they let me know the missing parts were probably stored in the back, and asked if I would unzip the back section and check, sure enough, there were my missing parts, once I realized this the instructions made much more sense. So if you're missing and arm rest and a set of wheels, check the back section completely by unzipping the cover, hopefully that should solve the mystery. The chair itself is really nice, I did order a set of rubber roller blade type wheels, which I always do, and the chair is zooming around my home office like a champ. Only time will tell to the quality and comfort, but initially it seems heavy and well built, large in comparison, and quite comfortable. The chair works well and doesn't make noises when I sit my 320lbs in it. It was easy to put together and is as comfortable as any office chair I use. Only issue is the lumbar support control doesn't seem to work always. I do not use the feature so it is not a problem for me.

I got this chair three days ago and it has been great. Doesn't wobble from side to side. The wheels are extra smooth. Doesn't drop even a little bit when you sit on it. Nice and sturdy.

This chair is made with durable fabric material, and it easily holds 300+ lbs. The only negative mark I give it is there is not a well known place to mount the lumbar attenuation device, so I had to stuff it in between through the back of the chair, not a big deal, but please make the marks and holes clear in the future. Compared to my previous chair, this one is amazing, but ultimately this chair will suffice and for the cheap cost, compared to other similar like chairs for either office or gaming, this one hit the right stuff for me, price point, support, weight, wheels, etc. ... show more
