Takes less than an hour to assemble. Feels structurally sound. Packed very well, no "real" damage. My only complaint is there's no clear protection film on the display. It almost looks used (lots of faint scratches and a gouge), but belt and other looks new. Nice size, easy fold up, goes down pneumaticly. Not any noisier than any other treadmill I've used. This treadmill is perfect! I can run or walk and it’s as sturdy as the last one I had that was huge! It inclines automatically, folds up out of the way, quiet and it didn’t cost a fortune. Well worth the money.

When my treadmill arrive the shipping box was badly damaged and was held together by a lot of packing tape. It had obviously been subject to rough handling during shipping. When I took it out of the box and put it together, which was very easy, it did not work. I immediately emailed the seller and told them what I experienced. I received a return email apologizing for the rough handling during shipping, a promise to make things right, and a trouble shooting guide to isolate the specific problem. I ran through the troubleshooting guide, reported it back to the seller and received another prompt reply telling me the control board was probably bad and asking whether I felt comfortable in replacing the board if they sent me a new one. If not, they would ship a new treadmiil. I agreed to swap out the control board and the new one arrived within a couple of days. The installation was pretty simple and when I turned it on the treadmill worked, but the belt did not run smoothly. I notified the seller and they responded promptly with guidance on how to adjust the belt. I followed their directions and the treadmill now works fine. The seller apologized for the inconvenience, extended the warranty on the product for an additional 6 months and refunded me $60 for my trouble. I've never experienced such responsive customer service from an online seller or a brick and mortar retailer. The treadmill is for my wife and it works fine now and is the perfect size. It folds up to save space when not in use and even has an auto incline feature. The rough handling was FedEx's doing, but the seller went out of their way to promptly respond and make things right. ... show more

Treadmill is solid. Took about 1 hour for setup but easy. Can few days earlier than expected. Everything works well and compact is perfect. Powerful and features as described. Did have crack by arm but does not affect performance - customer Svc was quick and offered options for replacement and a discount. Never had this quick service. After wearing out an old tread mill I had to find a replacement , after researching for a reasonable price along with had a few important options (auto incline and speeds) I chose this model. Assembly was fairly easy, very light weight, nice screen, and sterdy track to walk on. So far very early in use appears to be very well worth the price, I’ll have to wait till I use it a lot longer time to see how it does but so far overall pleased. I will say the track is Small in length and may be a problem for long legged persons , for me it’s ok, so far so good. ... show more

I bought this recently, was surprised at how easy the assembly was. I love the auto incline the cup holders are a win! I'm happy with the speed and incline and not too bulky so I can go in a little corner if need be.
