The Bonviee system is amazing. After watching YouTube videos on how to put other systems together with warm water and careful attention to detail, I almost returned the product. Thankfully the system went together very easily and without leaks. I did have one main line break because I used full pressure on my hose. The email I sent Friday evening was answered within 2 hours and they recommended turning the facet partially closed and mailed me a replacement hose in a couple days. The seals are excellent and I used two full kits to save my pumpkins and melons during a 5 week drought. My garden is 40K sq ft and i had to move the systems a few times to water everything. I would leave 4.5 stars if possible, but this is a very good kit for the price. All you need is a pair of scissors to cut the lines to desired length and your main 5/8” garden hose as a water line to connect to. All of the other materials are provided. The stream stakes do a good job, the vortex are fine at the front of the chain where pressure is highest but decline in spread with reduced pressure. I elected to buy more of the multi-streams for my project. I was able to set this up to water six 4’x4’ raised beds using the 247ft kit. Each bed has 4 stream spray stakes which adequately covers most of the bed area. I split it from one 5/8” garden hose to two separate feeds from the provided 5/16” line into the 1/4” drip lines, each covering 3 beds. It took about 30mins to set up. I really like the quick release button on the stakes to remove the 1/4” drip line if/when needed. I compared these to Orbit’s multi-stream stakes and these were superior in both water spread and ease of use. Overall 4.5 stars because the Vortex stakes left something to be desired. Prompt delivery, and just as advertised: Easy to cut lines to length (I use pruning shears). Easy to assemble with slip-on fittings that work well for the larger main lines and push-in fittings for the smaller lines (think Shark-Bite plumbing fittings). A good number of three different types of emitters that are easily adjustable for flow rate and area covered. The emitters are not the typical drip caps, but are more like miniature sprinkler heads that can cover up to a 6 1/2 foot circle. The faucet connector does not spin like a typical hose connector, so connect it to the faucet before connecting it to the main line of your irrigation system. I am very pleased with this product, and plan to buy another one to irrigate my vegetable garden. ... show more

I have these set up in three garden beds and over several individual dahlia pots. These are a life saver! Work great and very easy to set up. Does take a good amount of time to cut the tubing to the right lengths, etc but makes it great as it is customized to your gardens layout. I really like these sprinker systems, BUT, be aware that when you use lots of sprinkler heads, the system can dispense gallons and gallons of water in a hurry. Great design. Well made. Fits my needs very well. And this system is more visually satisfying than a drip irrigation hose. Those are boring. Just my opinion. I suggested a workaround. This is just a small detail. This system comes with something like six t-shaped plugs to seal a 1/4 inch port. If you have a four port connector (actually a six port with the in and out ports) and you find you have no use for two of the ports, you can, of course, seal off two of tbe ports with the plugs. However... if you run out of plugs, cut a 5-6 inch piece of 1/4 inch tubing and feed opposing ends of the tubing into the two unused ports. Done. Sealed. Works fine. No need to order more plugs if that's what you were going to do to set up your system just right. Another suggestion... these sprinkler heads with the tiny stakes are designed to be pushed into the soil. However, their spray pattern is kind of limited by the proximity to the ground and surrounding plants. If you want one sprinkler head to cover more area, cut short lengths of small diameter pvc pipe (or any kind of pipe for that matter) and push it into the soil. Put the stake into the opening at the top to suspend it off the ground. This allow you to cover a grouping of plants or a raised bed. You could also tie wrap a sprinkler to a long wooden stake or anything to hold it in place off the ground. I'm using branches I trimmed from my maple trees. This allows me to water five or six plants (growing in various sized pots) with one sprinkler. This system allows you to get creative. That's one of the reasons I like it... instead of that (somewhat boring) drip hose. No offense. ... show more
