Review Image by Z L
I purchased this security camera system for an art gallery and exhibition space, and it has been an excellent investment. Protecting artwork and monitoring visitors is extremely important, so I needed a system that was reliable, easy to use, and capable of recording continuously throughout the day. The video quality is very clear, allowing me to see details throughout the gallery space, including artwork displays, entrances, and visitor activity. The cameras provide a wide and sharp view, which helps ensure that every area is covered. The night vision is also impressive and keeps the space monitored even when the gallery is closed. One of my favorite features is the human detection. It significantly reduces unnecessary alerts and helps me focus on actual visitor movement. The DVR records continuously, giving me peace of mind knowing that important footage is always available if I need to review an event or check activity during specific hours. The remote access feature is especially useful. I can easily check the gallery from my phone when I am away, whether I am running errands, attending meetings, or traveling. Being able to monitor the space in real time adds an extra layer of confidence and security. Installation was straightforward, and the system has been running smoothly since it was set up. The cameras feel durable and professional, and they have performed reliably without any issues. Overall, this system offers excellent value for the price. It provides dependable security, clear recording quality, useful smart detection features, and easy remote monitoring. For anyone looking to secure a gallery, studio, exhibition venue, or other professional space, I highly recommend this camera system. ... show more

Size: 512GB

    • easy install-tricky app.
Size: 512GB
This system was easy to install and works well. The base hard drive runs hot and is installed next to my internet device and connected via ethernet. Leave room for some ventilation and racking of any extra cabling. CAUTION! -the TSEYE app is tricky and launches a sly ad that looks like a part of the home screen that one should tap on-don't do it! Look in the top right corner and you should see TINY letters "Continue to app>". Other than that, the online setup is fairly intuitive. ... show more

My Amazon package got stolen and I'm so un happy ☹️ I need to find out and send to policeman. There has been many CCTVs sold online that require subscription. This one doesn't, and also supports cloud logging and RTSP. The storage is quite large I've been recording video without any problem. The only thing I could complain about is that manual giving instruction about connect through IE browser. And who uses IE browser these days? I saw people complaints about phone application having some ads. It's just three seconds and never a problem to me. The YouTube video ads are way more bothersome. Wish I will do caught theft one day ... show more

    • Don't Buy if you need audio and the app has ads now.

Don't buy this if your expecting to have audio. It's video only I had to contact amazon support to find out and got recommended to get at Mic Kit for it. After setting everything up which took a bit since had to run it into the attic and place the cameras. Looking at the reviews and using the AI feature on amazon it says it should of had audio. There are ports for the audio to be put into the DVR but that is it. I don't know if we are just missing the cable but had to use amazon customer service chat that informed me if the cameras don't have a tiny pinhole the cameras cannot record sound. As far as I can see they don't. Which is also weird because on the app it shows a audio button. I'm frustrated and wish it was stated somewhere more clearly that it doesn't have audio. UPDATE: I am now getting ads when I open the app since last update. The app they use is called TSEYE. An issue I have is trying to rewind to a specific spot can be challenging. Spending money buying a security system just to have ads shoved at you is a joke. ... show more

    • Returned this item due to lack of CS, and video playback.
Size: 512GB
2 star review here, IMO. We bought these cameras to replace the wireless battery cameras that we had. I was simply getting tired of having to grab the extension ladder almost every month, to charge them back up. We saw this item and decided to give it a try, for the price and reviews. I set up the system as per the instructions provided (minimal and lack of support) and the 1st camera briefly came on. The quality of the feedback looked impressive as far as the video quality. As I proceeded to add the 2nd camera, the screen went to a different mode, and no display was showing, just their logo. I reached out by email as they suggest for customer service issues, and the gave me a reply on how to reboot the system. I did as instructed and still could not get any video playback. Tried several times, and it did not work for us. We ended up returning the item. ... show more
