  • "Bodyblade Pro Kit: Lifesaver for 2-Year recovery, Rock-Solid $149 Price Never Drops"
Style: Standard
This review is based on 2 years personal experience using the Bodyblade for my personal physical therapy. I injured my shoulder and alwas diagnosed with carpel tunnle and it has been essential for my recovery these last 2 years. After using the Bodyblade Pro Kit for a full two years, the performance and durability have been excellent, but the pricing has been a real disappointment. The tool itself holds up extremely well with regular use, helps activate deep core and stabilizer muscles, and is compact enough to store easily at home. It has become a reliable part of my routine for quick, effective workouts without stressing my rehabiltated joints. Even after 2 years of use at 5 days a week it still looks the same as it did day 1. What frustrates me is that in all this time, the price has never budged—no meaningful discounts during holidays, no special promotions, nothing. Even after waiting through multiple sales seasons, the cost stayed locked in at the same point, leaving me with no realistic option to purchase a second one for another room or family member. For the quality and results, the product itself is solid, but the lack of price flexibility makes it hard to fully recommend if you are hoping to catch a deal or expand your setup over time. ... show more

  • I’m not ready for prime time just yet
Style: Standard
I recently became the owner of the original body blade. And it is very nice. I bought the pro model as an incentive to motivate myself to move up to the pro. I would not buy the pro unit if you are a beginner user of the body blade. But I know for sure that I can work myself up to this one, which is Decently bigger than the original. And it will give you a much more intense work out than the original. The body blade quality is there. In the charts that come with it are very very helpful. ... show more

  • Great piece of equipment - far exceeded my highest expectations
Style: Standard
I have used the Classic (48' Bodyblade) for 20 years. The workout I get using the Pro (60" model) s dramatically better. In the month that I have had the Pro, my entire body has strengthened. While my goal is fitness, my muscles have grown. I recommend the Bodyblade to anyone that wants one simple piece of equipment, that exercises your entire body. I use the Pro, walking (exercising both the upper body with the lower body simultaneously). I walk with the Pro for approximately 1+ miles daily, continually using the Body Blade with 11 separate routines for 20+ minutes without stopping. Once I complete the 11 routines, I repeat the 11 routines. Great piece of fitness equipment. ... show more

  • I’m seeing results…
Style: Standard
I must admit that I was skeptical about making this purchase. But since I was in bad shape and suffering from extreme tendinitis in my right elbow, I had to breakdown and give this thing a try. Well from the July 1st to today July 28 my tendinitis has really almost disappeared. The exercises with this blade helped to get my mind & body in rhythm to strengthen the joints, tendons, & ligaments but also & most importantly my muscles. My muscle tone is so much better & I feel so much stronger. I also recommend using Comfrey Oil that’s sold right here on Amazon. My pain levels were receding back in less than 48 after using Comfrey Oil. Note: I also have Plantar Fasciitis but Comfrey Oil couldn’t work on that. And my pain levels for my left foot was unbearable. So I got some medication from my doctor for the pain and started wearing a boot at night. I’m in a much better place now. And much of it goes to The Blade. I’m glad I bought it. ... show more

  • Months of usage comments

1. unable to buy body blade with out the dvd or poster. I have several duplicated now. They should have option of selling these separate! 2. notice a problem on the pro and on the classic, right at the ends of the grip part. The grip part is in the middle. WHat I noticed is that the adhesive either was not fully applied or there was some air bubbles during that process. The end result is that when you flex the body blade it will make a squeaking noise. Repair: a) i got syringe with a chiseled end. I got a pack of them on Amazon: BD 3ml Syringe Luer-Lok Tip with blunt fill needle b) I tried several glues. I went through 4 different ones. Three were too thick to suck up into the syringe. The best glue I found was Loctite Vinyl, fabric, and plastic flexible adhesive steps to locate location of noise =================================== one: flex the blade with one hand two: take the other hand and pinch the body blade at the blade of the handle, just before it gets thicker - the neck of the handle/grip, but close to the thinnest part of blade but still covered by the thick rubber. three: once you are confident the noise goes away; try again by just pressing one finger on both sides. In my case I was able to find that the noise went away when just pressing on one side. Prepare glue and syringe ======================== screw off needle; take cap off of glue press the syringe firmly over nozzle of glue's tube pull the plunger and gently squeeze tube pull up enough glue so syringe is about 1/3 full Inject the glue ================ off to the side of the spot to inject glue; position the need about 20 degrees from flat with the blade. carefully ! insert the needle. you will puncture a hole and push the needle in between the rubber cover and the blade. You can lift the needle to pull away more of the cover from the blade. but not too much. now push the glue into the air pocket; start the injection at the end of the air pocket. Inject and slowly pull the needle out at the same time. Once out stop pressing syringe plunger. put needle away. now pinch the cover and press on area with your thumbs. working the small amount of flexible adhesive into the area. lay it flat with repaired side up. Let glue set for 1 day. Its a lot easier than my description. My blades now don't make any noise when flexing them. Its been a couple months. And I was careful on how I penetrated the cover. Its nearly impossible to see the hole. 3. why I like this tool. I had shoulder surgery. What's amazing is that I can flex the blades in different positions and in various positions and get a great burn. squatting, lunges, etc.. but while doing those movements I flex the blade in different positions: lateral, downward, upward, twist etc. Free weights could never duplicate this, because the blade adjusts to what you are capable of doing for the position. You really must learn to flex the blade in different positions. I wish I found this tool earlier. Better late that never. 4. price of pro is high 5. I wouldn't mind having a blade that is tougher than the pro ! Maybe they will come out with one 6' long? I would use it for two handed workouts; lots of presses in different positions. Reason for 4-stars> air pockets where there is a separation of the cover and the blade at the neck (closest to blade, not closest to where the handle is the thickest) which is at the ends of the handle. It seems this may be a manufacturing process that is flawed. It was easy for me to fix. If it wasn't for that - it would have gotten 5-stars. I also have the bag for the blades. I love it. ... show more

I wanted something that I could use at home while watching TV. The BodyBlade Pro is perfect! Lot's of variety to keep it interesting. It's very solid. Many of the cheap rip-offs will actually snap in half over time. Read the reviews! The BodyBlade is actually used by physical therapists. Definitely worth the money! ... show more
