My unit was delivered by UPS in great condition. I couldn't lift the box, so I unpacked it and carried in the parts. The only problem I found was a tiny slash in the seat fabric that doesn't affect use. The instructions looked intense, but the parts are all labeled left/right and the hardware is very well packaged and organized. The wrench tool included is junk (bonus! You get TWO of them!) I had to use real tools to tighten the nuts. The most important part of the instructions is to hand tighten first and only tighten with tools when all the parts are in place. I applied this rule for each set of instructions so I did not have to go back and tighten everything at the end. I noticed that all of the complaints I had read about the instructions had been noted in the manual I received, usually in italics. I was able to build the entire machine in two sessions of about two hours each with the "help" of one wild kitten. I am pretty well experienced in putting things together. I do not recommend hiring a kitten to help. The unit wobbled a little when I first tried it out, but I added a set of pads instead of a mat and that helped a lot. You can also level the front legs. I really like the variety of built in programs and the ability to switch from one mode to another without stopping. There is a shelf to set a tablet, phone or TV remote. I enjoy seeing my progress in the workout program so I hung a TV on the wall across the room instead of blocking the screen. All of the computer functions work as described. I was able to set up my machine in a small bedroom without overpowering the room. It's very easy to move around the room. I had been concerned about owning something that might be very difficult to move in the future and I am not concerned about that with this unit. There is no water bottle holder, so I set a stool next to the machine. You also need the back of the machine to be near an electric outlet. Overall, I am thrilled to have one piece of exercise equipment that offers so many options. My previous workout equipment was a small elliptical that cost about twice as much and was not any better quality. For home use, this is a fantastic option! ... show more

Good exercise machine for seniors. Parts are well organized to make otherwise lengthy installation process easier. Had a bad plastic part which the CS team promptly replaced. Back rest was a little hard to put in place. We use it almost everyday! It's pretty light and hence not super sturdy. Good for the price paid. ... show more

    • From a Terrible Experience to Smooth Sailing
I was excited to get this to start working out. It took about 3-4 hours to put together at a leisurely pace, all the parts were there, however, the plastic was cheaply made, some of the screws did not fit into place well/were not flush when fully assembled, and the magnetic resistance sounds damaged (as if you were sharpening a knife on a grinding wheel) I would be quite grateful if I could contact the seller about getting this fixed via a technician or to see if there's something that can be done about this order. Edit: Came back to make sure that it's a 5 star. Customer service was on point. It was confirmed a broken braking system inside that created the noise. The new unit worked seamlessly. ... show more

Like this a lot but way too complicated for a woman to spend time putting together. I paid $50 to my handyman. Took him well over an hour to put together and he is experienced in almost anything, fast working and reliable. I am a very capable woman but I know when something is too much for me to tackle. ... show more

    • Falls Apart Quickl With Regular Use
I am just getting a chance to write my review of this product. I purchased the machine 1 year and 9 months ago. First off let me say I use this machine a ton. I do about 16 miles 5 days a week using it. At first, the machine worked well but was very noisy after a couple of weeks of use. About a year in the noise was terrible. Whenever you use it everyone around, even on a whole other floor of the house can hear it squeaking. I have to say this machine has been amazing for me. I suffer from very severe RA and after many years of steroid use needed to start losing weight. The only issue is that finding some type of exercise that I can actually do is very hard. Since most machines use just one main set of joints. With this machine, you use multiple sets of joints and it isn't so much stress on just one. This means I could exercise without terrible pain afterward. It has helped me to lose 50lbs in 8 months. Here I am after very regular use of 16 miles 5 days a week and the machine is broken. Every one of the 4 bolts that hold the top piece in place has broken down inside the machine. At this point and time, I think I will be looking for a different type of machine. This is the second machine we have had this happen to. The last one lasted for 1 year before breaking. So while the machine has been great at helping me to regularly exercise and lose weight. If you are not wanting to replace a machine every year or so I suggest looking for a different machine. Well unless you're not going to use the machine much. ... show more

    • Design flaw ruins a otherwise great elliptical bike
Bought this bike as an upgrade in Feb'23. First 85 days were great - bike delivered as promised. Then the bolt that held the left foot pedal to the wheel stripped...Was able to make contact with company and request replacement parts under warranty (90 days). After providing all requested proof etc...received part and moved on. Now it's late Aug'23 and the other bolt - rightside has stripped. No longer under warranty, and so I have to look for a replacement. In 6 months 2 issues with the same part = design flaw in my book. Too bad, because like I stated earlier it was delivering as promised -i do 30 minutes of recline, sit up racing, stand up racing, and basic elliptical every morning, and the results were positive. would be 5 stars if product would last a lot longer than 6 months, but 3 is all it gets until the company corrects the issue. ... show more
