I was honestly skeptical when I ordered this, but I’m glad I did. It takes about 15 minutes to heat up, and once it gets going, Level 9 is my go-to. I’ve used it for 6 days straight, anywhere from 20 to 30 minutes each session. The biggest thing I’ve noticed is my sleep. I used to wake up several times during the night, but lately I’ve been sleeping straight through. I was carrying a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders, and that has eased up quite a bit. The steam has helped with congestion too. For the price, I have no complaints. Setup was a breeze, the controls are straightforward, and it’s easy to wipe down after each session. The material feels sturdier than I expected, the zippers have held up well, and overall it seems to be made with decent quality. Of course, I’ve only had it for a week, so I can’t speak to long term durability yet, but so far everything is working exactly as it should. So I can honestly say it’s been worth every penny, just make sure you drink plenty of water.

We Absolutley love this. Although I wish it was a bit hotter. Very easy to use. Takes about 15 minutes to fully heat up. It’s nice to sit in for 20-30 minutes after a workout.

Unbelievably bad. Toxic off gassing makes you dizzy. Doesn’t get over 98 degrees and a steam room has to be 110-120. Missing pieces.

It's works great for me. I love that you can be in there for extended time. The remote is wonderful. The tank last for a long while. It does take a while to steam up but that's fine for me. The temperature stays pretty even. Personally I love it. After using it I get the best sleep.

So easy to assemble and quick to heat. This little tent reaches perfect temp and great quality for the price. I set it up in my garage for frequent use. So relaxing and comfortable for 1 person use.
