This light is amazingly thin and lightweight. That really illuminates any restrictions as far as where it can be mounted due to the weight of the light. It also makes it super easy to mount since it is so lightweight. The center profile makes it easier to mount higher up to the roofline, without having to accommodate for a bulky incorporated, solar panel, or a separate solar panel that is not incorporated to the actual light fixture. This unique light is transparent. The transparency from the underside allows for the solar panel to be charged both from the upper side of the light as well as the underside of the light. This is a fantastic concept since the upper side of the light often gets shadowed by the roofline. So it’s getting twice the amount of light and charges much faster than if I had just the solar panel charging from the top side. This light has all of the features that I would expect, including the ability to, adjust the brightness, set a timer, and motion sensing. When these are on their brightest setting, they provide a significant amount of light, even when mounted up high. The lower settings definitely add more light than my landscaping lighting; however, the low setting is great for ambient lighting as well since it’s not nearly as harsh. ... show more

I have these lights mounted on telephone poles about 20’ up and they are incredibly bright. They stay on all night and are perfect for remote locations where you need extra security and lighting. These are about half the weight as competitors lights which aid in the overhead installation process. The remote control is a nice feature. All hardware is included for installation. This version is a lot better than the 22 version of the solar light. The battery charges faster and it holds charge way longer at night when it's turned on. It's easily able to detect motion and will brighten up but when it doesn't sense motion in its sense that the area's calm it will dim down so that way it's not blinding all the time. I've had no issues with this coming on when it starts getting dark and it even comes out slightly before it's actually pitch black so that way you're able to see entirely through the night ... show more
