  • Made with Premium Quartz: The aquarium heater is made of 2mm thickened quartz glass. This fish tank heater is resistant to explosion and corrosion, and protect fish and other livestocks from punching and scalding
  • Dry Run / Overheating Protection: When the water temperature exceeds 95F or when the warer level is lower than the minimum water level, the heater will stop heating, and the conrtoller will display an error code. Error code: HH-high temp; E1-out off water. Multiple protection, you are free from cooking fish!
  • Super Mini Size: This small aquarium heater is thumb size - only 4.9 (12.5cm) in length. Great for nano tanks / betta tanks. The innovative super mini size perfectly solves the headache of the fish keepers on the traditional heaters! Takes up less space, easy to hide, but in full power!

  • Nice heater
Size: 10W
Small but works well in our tank. Suctions work great, once positioned correctly. Thermostat’s easy to set and keeps temperatures at that setting.

  • Small but sweet
Size: 25W
I've only had this heater for a week but so far it is working spot on and keeping my tank at the perfect temperature. It's been many years since I used an aquarium heater and I can see great improvements in the technology. I particularly like the small size and that it's submersible all the way under the water. The dial and control mechanism are on the outside and have a nice digital display, and I like all the built-in safety features that come with this particular model. For now I truly give this five stars. Hopefully it will hold up over the many months to come and unless something goes wrong I will keep this review at five stars. I highly recommend this product. ... show more

  • PERFECT FOR MY NEED!
Size: 10W
Awesome so far! Using in my chicken waterer and works perfect. You can see the current temp all the time and set it at good temps for the water. It keeps it nice temp in the freezing weather. PERFECT BUY IT!!!!

  • Easy to use
Size: 25W
It works well so far and easy to use. I only gave 4 stars because it reads a couple degrees different than my thermometer, but that could be a standard deviation of both. Good size for my 5 gal betta tank.

  • Best Heater For a Small Tank
Size: 25W
This heater is amazing! It is SO small. If you have a 5 gallon tank, every inch matters, and this heater has the smallest footprint of any heater I've ever seen. On top of that, the digital temp and the ability to adjust the temp without diving through water to find the knob on an old school heater, it's a done deal. This heater is a game changer and the only one you should consider for a 5g tank. ... show more

  • Great 10W heater for my Bettas
Size: 10W
These heaters are perfect for smaller tanks. I have 3-gallon tanks for my Bettas, and these heaters maintain the temperature well. The cool thing is that they are only about 3" long and don't consume the tank, and you can adjust and monitor the setting with a digital display. I use the 10W and it's perfect. Hygger has other items that I use and have been happy with as well. ... show more

  • This heater is junk...
Size: 100W
Okay, no more Chinese company products for me (well, maybe Chihiros). 1. Build quality for the heating element seems pretty good but the controller box is really cheaply made. I guess Hygger saved a few bucks using low grade plastic. 2. The real issues are its ability to keep a reliable temperature. First, the temperature reading itself is off 2 degrees F. I've verified the actual aquarium temperature using an H&M TDS meter, Apera TDS/PH pen, and an Inkbird controller. Trust me this thing reads way off. Second, the set temperature "wigs" out. I ran the heater for about 6 hours at a set temperature of 75 degrees (which in reality was holding the aquarium temperature at 73 degrees). So literally the display read 75 degrees as the temperature the heater was to maintain. I then go to bed and 8 hours later, I come back and the aquarium's actual temperature is 70 degrees and the temperature on the controller box was set to 72 degrees. I don't have kids and my wife never goes near the aquarium. So how the SET temperature changed is beyond me. Unreliable junk. The only pro is that theoretically you can set the temperature digitally without faffing around with a dial. ... show more

  • Plot Twist! It works. Turtle is happy & I calmed down.
Size: 100W
My anxiety said "There are so many things that could go wrong. What if it fails? What if it cooks my turtle? What if..." The list went on. After multiple conversations with my father, who has maintained various aquariums since I can remember, he finally agreed to do the research for me & this was the one he landed on. So far, I have only panicked once - when I heard what I described (to my father & Google) a freaking noise. Turns out that unless there are other signs of failure or distress from my turtle- it's probably due to the heater warming the water. If I could get Shelly (what my granddaughter named the turtle) to stop pushing the plastic plants up against it, I'd be settled. Anxiety aside, So far the temperature has been consistent, and there haven't been any issues with the heater. I'm happy with the performance & Shelly seems happy too. ... show more
