I bought this recliner about 2 weeks back and have been using it every evening since then. The power lift feature is a great and makes it very convenient to use the product even for older parents, as it reduces strain on knees and lower back. The recliner is very comfortable and reclines all the way to being almost entirely flat (see pictures and video) with good cushion and padding that is adequate for long periods of sitting or lying flat on the recliner. The integrated heat and massage functions provides the adequate rest and comfort. The vibrations provide massage for muscle relaxation and relief on the back, lumbar, thighs, and calves. The remote control provides various options and massage intensity. The recliner has lot of side storage to keep remotes, as well as cup holders on both arm rests keeping essentials easily accessible. The assembly was very easy, detailed with instruction visuals and it took me about 15 mins to set up the entire recliner and get it working. It is an excellent option for anyone looking for a recliner, would highly recommend. ... show more

But it’s hurting her back because there is a protrusion at the base of the back rest and the massage function is just vibration not kneeding or anything else. Tried to return it but original box was damaged due to it being delivered in the rain and seller is demanding the original box. Customer service is terrible. ... show more
