When I received the inverter, I tested the electrical outlets and the usb ports, all working well. I used it once to charge my gopro, which pulls 27.5 watts, using the outlets and the gopro fast charger, it worked fine. About a month later tried it again with the gopro using the outlets and the gopro fast charger, it worked for about 2 minutes then the outlets wouldn't supply anymore power. Tried plugging in several other devices and none worked. The outlets, the inverter part, stopped working on second use. The usb ports still work, but the inverter does not. I have all kinds of usb ports and wireless charging in my car, so I really just needed the inverter. Now I have a paper weight and I'm past the return window. Will have to buy another one of a different brand. *Update: The seller reached out to me a few days after my post here and due to other circumstances, I never got back to them. The seller then reached out to me again offering to provide a full refund. I appreciated the reach out the second time, they didn't have to do that, but did anyway, shows great customer service. I accepted the refund and still need a car inverter, so when I'm ready to buy I'll give BMK another try, probably will just try a different model. Thank you to the seller for making things right. Anyone reading this post, if you have issues, I'm sure they will make it right.

I've been using BMK Inverters for years... It allows for me to charge my laptop and the QC Port is the best... My phone is now able to use FAST CHARGE which is great... Great Inverter - they don't last forever, but my last one lasted about 4 years...

Very happy with this product, as the inverter allows me to use my gaming laptop for long trips on the road - and still provides another socket for something else and USB ports for charging other handheld devices. Just make sure to not go over the power draw limit of 200W! This thing let me play Ghost of Tsushima without issue for 4 hours straight. The inverter didn't even get hot either.

Everything works fine with the first use, but after second use the ports stop working and only usb works fine. Is ok for small use but nothing crazy.
