I was initially concerned as the item was originally delivered incomplete. However, a quick inquiry with Amazon and contacting the seller, I was updated with additional delivery dates for the full package. The packages all arrived, the customer service was great, and the finished Pergola looks great! The quality is pretty good for the overall great price. Especially when comparing this product to other similar options. In particular, we almost purchased a similar Pergola at Sam’s Club. Same dimensions, but it had a power strip attached. The Sam’s Club version was 1k, so this one was much cheaper, despite it being basically the same thing.

it’s very nice. my husband who is very handy was able to put it together by himself with just 2 small asks for extra hands. there were several imperfections that i will have to stain and fix but all and all its very nice. there was one broken piece but we were able to wood glue it together

Exactly what I wanted. Three of us were able to put it together in less than 3 hours. I would recommend upgrading the anchors as it came with an L-shaped push-in type that you would typically see for camping or pop up tents.
