I bought the T.K.Excellent 3‑inch deck screws because my fence and deck were starting to wobble like they were questioning their life choices. This box showed up with 315 screws, which is basically enough hardware to build a small kingdom or at least fix everything I’ve been ignoring for months. The screws are coated in this brilliant yellow Ruspert finish that makes them look way fancier than screws have any right to be. Honestly, they shine like they’re auditioning for a hardware calendar. The Torx drive is a dream — no stripping, no slipping, no screaming into the void. And they even included two T25 bits, which is great because I lose bits the way some people lose socks. Once installed, these screws grabbed the wood like they were signing a long‑term lease. My deck feels solid, my fence no longer sways in the breeze like it’s trying to dance, and I suddenly feel like a competent adult who knows things about construction. Tough screws, never broke any of the 4 boxes i bought. Good Price and long enough to angle slightly to screw 2 - 2x pieces together. They stay put, I have to clamp both pieces together to get one out, due to the longer shank. Work well with pressure treat, (GC) wood.

Good stuff. I was initially concerned that the threads didn't extend far enough down the shank but it turns out this is a good thing. It allows the threads to fully penetrate the base wood and allow it to really tighten down the piece being attached. They're considerably less expensive that the box store offerings but the quality is just as good. These will be my go-to from now on. ... show more
