I wanted to love this item, because it advertised everything I was looking for, but it was very poorly executed and the cost way too high for how it works. First I'll note, the ratings and reviews on this listing, none were actually for the item being sold. The functionality of the app was horrible. It was easy to sync with my phone, but if you made changes to the color of the lights from the clock itself, no amount of changing them on the app actually made the changes, despite the app saying the changes were possible and applied, you had to change it on the physical clock. The alarms include 2 factory set alarms that you have minimal ability to edit and cannot delete. You can only change the alarm tone, alarm time and volume. It will use the wake up lights and you cannot disable this and the alarms are set for every day and you can also not change this. As someone who wakes up at 4am on weekdays and no alarm on weekends, and definitely no use for a alarm on a weekend with the same time as my weekday alarm, this made the 2 factory alarms completely useless. I will be returning this immediately and going back to using an old phone, until I can find a better replacement.

ASIN # B0FCB9BS97 While this alarm clock includes many of the unique features we were looking for, it unfortunately has a few significant drawbacks. To provide some context, we have a total of five alarm clocks throughout our home—one in each bedroom, the office, and the family room. Because the U.S. dates for Daylight Saving Time have changed over the years, most clocks need to be manually reset depending on their age and factory DST presets. For this reason, it’s especially important to us that the alarm clock in our master bedroom always displays the correct time automatically. This model appeared to be the perfect fit for that need. One of the main reasons we chose this clock is that it connects to our iPhones via Bluetooth through an app, allowing the time to sync automatically. We can set and adjust the alarms either directly on the unit or conveniently through the app, which makes managing different schedules very easy. The clock offers dual alarms with customizable lighting, alarm sound, volume, days, and time. It comes with two default alarms, and while those can only be adjusted for time, you can add more fully customizable alarms and turn off the factory-set ones if needed. My husband’s work schedule is typically Monday through Thursday, with an occasional Friday, so we appreciated being able to create separate alarms that match his routine. I reached out to the vendor three times—once through their website and twice via Amazon—and eventually received a response. Unfortunately, the solution they provided didn’t make sense for the issue at hand. As noted, the clock has buttons for Alarm 1 and Alarm 2, along with a Snooze button on top. The snooze feature is designed to provide an extra nine minutes of rest. However, they instructed us to hold the Snooze button for three seconds to turn off the alarm entirely, at which point the clock will announce that the alarm is turned off. This design creates major flaws. For those of us who use the Snooze feature regularly, holding the button to silence the alarm completely makes it impossible to enjoy those extra nine minutes of rest. The manufacturer needs to correct this so that alarms are turned off using the Alarm 1 and Alarm 2 buttons on the unit, not the Snooze button, and update their instructions. If the manufacturer can fix these major design issues, this alarm clock would easily earn a five-star review from us.
