We ordered this as a replacement cell two years ago. This year upon opening the pool the cell was not registering salt or generating chlorine for the pool. I sent an email regarding the two year warranty and they were very responsive. Yes there were several requests for additional information and they were very patient with my responses. The are sending out a brand new cell to me to replace the defective one. While I did have an issue with this product I would certainly purchase again from Blue Works...the customer service I received was fantastic. Helpful, quick and easy to work with.

Completely plug and play replacement for Hayward saltwater chlorinator system. The clear housing is an upgrade in my opinion over the Hayward Cell and saving over $250.00 is a big win as well. I have opened the pool with this replacement and have seen no difference in the reclaim time taken, clarity, and purity of the pool water from the Hayward OEM parts. I would suggest this as a more cost effective replacement for the Hayward salt cell replacement, the only thing left to be researched is durability. Won’t know that for several years (hopefully).

First and most important...it generated chlorine well and installed easily with no issues. However, I was unable to calibrate the salinity despite several attempts. Replaced it with a rebuilt unit from Salt Solutions and everything works perfectly.

I appreciated the value compared to other brands. Actually, this is my 2nd cell from Blueworks. The first one died from “natural causes”. My 2nd cell I bought in May of 22, unfortunately, had a shorter life. It was still under warranty and Blueworks has replaced it. It was a very smoot and comfortable transaction.
