This has to be one of the most comfortable chairs I have bought probably ever! A lot of chairs you have to wear the seat in before it gets comfortable but this chair for me, was right away. The seat is thick and definitely wide enough for my bigger hips which makes it even that much more comfortable. It was easy to assemble and I was able to do so on my own while my husband worked. The instructions were easy to follow and came with extra screws. The height was exactly what I was looking for! I had read a few reviews and figured if someone a couple of inches shorter than myself can have it half way up and be fine, then I would really enjoy the height fully extended which I most definitely do! I love that the arm rests are adjustable as far as height goes as well and I honestly thought I would want to have more adjustable features like the chair I bought a couple of weeks prior to this one but they aren't really necessary and I feel with them being as they are, it gives them more stability and likely durability. The one thing if I could choose anything to change would be the back rest. I would prefer it to be a a couple or so inches taller but definitely not something to deter from buying. When I lean back it would just be nice to feel it against my upper back/neck area. The price was more than fair for a chair this great! It's hard finding a chair that is budget friendly and has the higher weight limit attached.

Bought this chair because my $40 amazon chair was a few years old and began to give me incredibly back problems that caused me to be bedridden for a few days. Chair arrived and was able to sit in it immediately for a short period and then after a few more days when my back healed no issues. Super comfortable. Easy to set up and seems sturdy. Can sit in this for 12 hours with no issue. If my amazon chair lasted me 3-4 years I would imagine this would last much longer. Glad I finally purchased it. 6'1 165 so good for tall/skinny even with the name of the chair.

Go ahead and eat the donut! This chair will not judge you, only support you. Blue Whale chair is comfortable and perfect for the office. Arrived quickly, assembled easily and was in use in less than an hour. All the parts were clearly marked and the instructions were easy to follow.

Chair was easy to put together, moves nicely, and is so cushy and supportive. I did buy covers for the arms to make them soft also. I bought this one even though I am nowhere near the weight limit because I wanted a thick cushion and love it. Can tilt but I don't and height fine for me, I'm5'3". Would recommend.

Number one: my main complaint. The lumbar adjusting handles on the back of the chair both snapped off the first time I tried to move it up/down. It was VERY difficult to move and I pulled down and they both snapped off. They are two very thin and flimsy pieces of plastic. I was absolutely shocked that they both broke off within the first 30 mins of setting up the chair. I considered sending it back but it’s connected to the chair back so it’s not just a replaceable piece and taking a computer chair apart is a total pain and this didn’t affect the comfort of the chair and I needed a chair now. Super annoying and cheap design, especially how difficult it is to move up and down. I sincerely hope they change this in the future. Number two: I was really impressed by the cushion, it is very comfortable. However, it’s kind of short in terms of how far the cushion reaches the backs of your legs. I wish it was just a couple inches longer and reached the back of my knees. Number three: the arms…they are hard which I did not like but I had 2 arm cover pads from a previous chair that I put on and nullified that issue, however, it didn’t come with them. Also, the fact that you can’t adjust the arms to move inward is super annoying as they are kind of far apart so I can’t comfortably rest my arms in a natural state. Again, if they were adjustable to be moved just a few inches inward that problem would be nullified. Overall though, it’s the best cheap chair on the market, I’ve tried a lot, and the seat is more comfortable than my Titan, but I’m a month in so we’ll see how quickly the pad compresses down.

I'm updating my review. This chair is so comfortable! I never EVER throw away boxes right away in case I have to send something back. I happily walked the box to this chair to the trash compactor. It's a KEEPER! This is a great chair! I scrolled and scrolled looking for just that perfect chair. I was looking for a chair that I could sit in for a long time and not have hip or lower back pain. I also wanted one with a good back arch support and this has it all. It's a sturdy chair, the seat is so comfortable and it fits my 5ft 4 inch, 214 lb frame perfectly. I put it together in about 30 - 40 minutes. May have been quicker if I hadn't put the seat backwards. But it was fairly easy to figure out. I'd definitely recommend this for a home office.
