This is a terrible pool!!! Do not buy it!!! The pool itself does not set up well it bows and is difficult to level, the ladder floats continuously even with weight, one of the steps broke the first week after emptying and refilling 4 times trying to get it to stay level, the ground was level but the bowing caused it to not work, the pump and filter system leaks drastically from every part, turn the pump to filter and water runs from the backwash valve continuously, and not just when it’s in filter mode in every mode water continues to run out of the backwash valve. I’m currently waiting for it to be picked up and hoping I will get my money back it was delivered in the rain not in plastic the plastic cover the pallet was not covering it so all the boxes were soaked and unsalvageable…I have packed it in boxes and wrapped it good….my family hasn’t even gotten to swim and summer is almost over and I’m still dealing with this pool quality pool….2400.00 dollar waste!!! ... show more

Worst quality ever! Liner ripped after 1 month and the company refused to send a replacement liner. They were very unprofessional and rude. Set up was difficult to begin with.

The pool is great so far. The instructions are pictures only. No actual step by step. The pool ladder is TERRIBLE. Which we'll get by until the deck us done but if you plan to use the ladder without attaching to a deck, you'll need extra support. I wish this pool had a liner upgrade. It is pretty thin. Keep in mind where the seam will be when you set the liner in place. ... show more

I regret making this purchase. Pool is not worth the cost. It took several days for installation 3 of us. It should say it requires professional installation. None of the instructions are 100% clear. The ladder is terrible. First time using it, it bent. Had a very hard time getting out the pool. We had to put another ladder in for everyone else to get out. Now we have no ladder to get in or out. Have to spend more money to buy a new ladder before we can even use the pool again. 😡

I would never buy this pool again. Way overpriced for what you get. Nothing fit correctly when we put it together. Most of the caps don’t go on top of the top rail because nothing lines up. The skimmer pieces were bigger that the hole in the side of the pool almost impossible to get it in. The ladder is an absolute joke can’t hold a 50 pound kid. ... show more
