    • Does it’s job for a great price.
I put this together myself in a few hours time, but I like to challenge myself and am a little crazy. Also no one was around and I wanted it together now! Hahahah Easy to use, comes with lots of goodies. Some I didn’t even install.. Easily fits the wife and myself. I’m 185lbs 5,8. She’s 120lbs 5,4” (side note- if your taller than 5,9 you will not be able to stand up completely inside, not a hug deal but good to know) I used it daily for two weeks straight when we first got it, now I try every other night. Works well and helps me sleep at night. A good way to relax and sweat out the bad stuff you might have. It does gets hot! I can get it OVER 140. Just be smart and use common sense. Take the thick packing insulation it comes with and cut out the pieces to fit on the roof. Insulate the roof and it will hold heat better! Also take some smaller towels and stuff them on the outter bottom of the sauna, you can see it’s lifted up a bit. That will keep air from coming under the sauna as well. Pull the temp sensor down as far as you can, don’t leave it so high. So it’s not reading the heat from the ceiling, you want it to read the temp from a lower level similar to where you sit. One last thing that helps, when the sauna gets to the desired temp it shuts the panels off for a drop of 2 degrees. Than turns back on to heat back to desired temp. If you wipe the temp sensor with your fingers it will read a lower temp and try to heat up. When actually the temp hasn’t lowered at all and it is just getting hotter. You have to do it a few times but it works.. The lights are bright. Almost to bright. The air purifier thing is a nice feature, you can tell a difference when you use it and don’t. The air isn’t so stuffy. Also, the radio sucks.. it would be better if it didn’t have one at all and maybe just had Bluetooth speakers. “Hint hint” Only other thing is a nice bench padding would make it perfect. Working on finding something the works and isn’t 200$. 🤔 ... show more

    • Missing parts still even after several calls and "an intervention ...
Missing parts still even after several calls and "an intervention from amazon's big package department." Essentially the darn thing is too big to dismantle and return and it arrived with missing parts to render it unusable. Calling in to ask for parts to be delivered got be a "$500 refund" and promise from manufacturer that they would ship me the necessary door for the thing to work. Door came but now I am missing the top cover! Need to take vacation day soon to call back into amazon or manufacturer to figure out how I can get some help with this glorified closet down in my basement :( ... show more

    • Good but assembly is difficult and radio is cheap.
Pain to assemble, took three men. I had to install a 120 amp breaker and outlet, once running had to stuff fabric in seams to prevent breezes and the radio is cheap.

    • love this thing, even when its unused and looking just gorgeous most of the year, but...
why in god's creation did they put the power supply in the diagonally furthest possible place from where one can access it when its literally where its supposed to be - in a corner of a room, generally one with an 8ft tall ceiling. I mean, how ya supposed to service that when the electrical cord going into the powerbox is not long enough to service anywhere but in the corner where one would need a very intelligent 9 year old (or someone weighing no more that 100 pounds) to get up there and access the situation and relay info to an adult and probably service directly with help from the adult. I'd be much happier if that box was right alongside one of the front-facing panels. ... show more

    • Not as big as I expected but works great
This is not as big as I expected. Certainly not a 3 person sauna. I guess you can fit 3 people in here but definitely not comfortably. Even for 2 people, my husband and I haven't used it at once because he's over 6 feet so he needs to fold himself into this. I'm 5'3 so I can stand up in here but the floor gets pretty hot so I keep my legs and feet up on the bench which means I wouldn't be able to bring him in. The quality is okay. The glass and doors are nice. The mood therapy lights are a little too much for us so we don't use it. I normally just turn on the indoor lights and read a book. There's also a cd player with USB and SD slots. Not sure what I'd use the SD slot for. We don't use cd's anymore and the fm stations aren't coming in so we don't use this either. It takes about 15-20 min to heat up to 105 degrees BUT this is a different kind of heat than the stone heat but we can't afford one of those. I was surprised to find out that I like the temp to be 127 degrees and that takes another 10 min. Towards the end of a 30min session, the back wall gets a too hot to lean on and so I may ask my husband to uninstall the magazine or water bottle holder on the walls by the door that don't have heating on it so I can rest my back on it. The biggest frustration we had with this purchase was obtaining the instructions to build and operate. The delivery was fast but after opening everything up, we realized there was no manual. We called the seller and after we mentioned we bought it from amazon, the salesman made it sound like it wasn't his problem and he was quite busy to help. He said he would email me a copy of the manual that night which he did but it was for a wrong model. After some more searching we finally found the correct manual on our own and my husband said it wasn't too difficult to put together. Overall I am satisfied with the sauna. ... show more

Me and my husband are enjoying our sauna. It was easy to put together,all parts were inside boxes. Really only comfortable for two, three people would be tight. That’s why I chose this size for me and my little buddy. Not really seen any change in electrical bill . We Use it a lot., we set it on 125 degrees for 45 minutes very relaxing. Love the lights.
