I am big on audio … in my vehicles I run comp level custom built FI subs… I purchased this (1sub) for my semi … needless to say this 8” has my semi hitting like 2 low entry 15s or 2 p3 Rockford 12s… IM RUNNING ON A 4ch sound stream Nano marine amp….Big Bass for the size & money…Hopefully This Review helped your choice ... show more

The sub sounded great for almost a month. Had it wired to 1 ohm on a 1ohm stable Taramp it pounded great. Lots of bass but then it started to cut in and out until it went totally dead. Swapped it back out with my original wdbx 8" and it was just about as powerful. Was 2 days out of a replacement from the seller. Definitely not a 1000 rms sub. Way over rated. Pushing 500 rms to the sub Max. Don't reccomend this sub. Spend $150 more and get a sundown. I saw that within 2 weeks of purchase this sub went down $20. I wish I would have read the reviews first. ... show more
