Product was packaged well, it’s been working great, I cleaned the engine bay of the truck I was working on. I did have a couple issues. I had to drill a different small hole for the tire shaft to install correctly it was rubbing against the main frame. I also had to reseal the hose connection with Teflon tape and retighten so the water wouldn’t leak all over. I’m ok with those minor issues, I fixed everything and it seems to be working great. I have a Chevy peeler paint job on my pickup, was planning to sand but thought i would try the power washer first and get the loose stuff. Well the power washer removed down to the metal paint and primer in many locations on the truck, this cut my sanding time way down. The only thing I dislike about the pressure washer, is that you can not move it when it is on or it will choke and turn off and will not start up again. Have to wait an entire day before you can use it again.

I like the model and have used the same kind at another job I had. Did a fantastic job and was easy to use and assemble. The only thing I disliked about this product was the power washer hose itself. About an hour in after assembly and start up I was spraying my deck chairs and I noticed my pant leg was wet. The hose had burst in many places up the line from the power washer. Naturally the day I set aside to do the power washing was shot. Very frustrating. When I asked why this would be with a new hose I was told that I needed to practice better hose maintenance. They were nice enough to send me another hose after I contacted the seller which I appreciate. ... show more

The first thing opening the box, the soap dispenser the tip of it where the hose connects to was broke off. then hooking the hoses and everything up turn the water on pressure not pressure washer does not work. The gun of the pressure washer was no good because I put another gun on it and it worked fine. Just wanted to let you know that this shouldn’t be happening I had to buy a gun for that pressure washer that cost $31 more money so I could use that pressure washer and not send it back. The Blubery 3500 PSI is a good pressure washer. It did arrive with some issues that I had to fix. The first problem was the bottom of the frame where you insert the wheel was out of round from shipping. I was able to round it out using a round steel bar then I was able to fit the wheel into the frame. I see one of the "complaints" noted in the comments section happened on my washer with the first use. One of the screws that holds the metal cage over the exhaust came loose and fell. I had to find the screw in the grass and reinsert it. I tightened it and most every other screw or bolt I could reach. None seemed loose so I'm hoping that is the last issue I'll see of that kind. Lastly, I read in multiple reviews that people are having their spray wand melt due to it being mounted next to the exhaust (yes, very poor design there). Before I used it for my first washing project I reversed the handle mount and spray wand tray from the exhaust side of the washer to the non-exhaust side. It took some disassembly, some drilling and an hour and a half of labor to move and fit everything to the other side of the washer but it all fits. It holds the spray wand properly top to bottom and now I'm not worried about the spray handle melting from the heat of the exhaust. All in all the Blubery 3500 pressure washer works well has good pressure and does a great job cleaning. So far I've cleaned a section of 6ft. vinyl white fence that was in the shade under a tree and getting green from mold, now it looks like new and that was done without using any soap, just water pressure. ... show more
