didn’t come with corner and side brackets for top. No instructions in box. Used You Tube Instructions. Ordered shade sail which comes with brackets that don’t fit to the pre drilled holes. so i’m going to have to try to drill through the metal to accommodate the brackets. I was sent a cheaper version of the Toja grid. The word Toja is nowhere on it! I only paid $169 for it but it would be worth it if all the parts were there! Also does not come with black screw covers. Called them and they say they will ship them. Beautiful 4 leg pergola, but they could have sent options on how to customize it. The leg screws/bolts are exposed and could injure someone. Picture #2. There’s no cover for them included. ... show more

I was skeptical… But when they arrived, they were perfect! I looked at some of the other options which were much more expensive and I can’t imagine they could be any better. These things made a potentially complicated build 100% easier. I recommend them and believe you can’t beat them for the price!

Having the hardware and the upper brackets doesn't do much for the total installation, when the lower brackets are missing. Trying to get the issue resolved has been a total joke. The parts themselves seem fairly heavy-duty, but can't use them to finish the job. So, no idea if they are worth it.

It will do the trick for now, Metal is on the thinner side so When assembled the Pergola has a decent amount of movement from the flex in the base. used #2 Prime 4x4 and had somme 1/8 all around gaps in the connection points and feet. Feel like it's slightly oversized for what you would expect in commercial lumber. It will do the the trick for this summer, Not expecting it to last more than a year or 2, Will replace with something more rigid In the future like a Toja Grid unit. ... show more
