I was extremely satisfied with the machine that I got on August 31. Easy to set it up and started at first try. Unexpected power. I replaced a 2050 Clean Shot at 2050 psi with this one at 3500 psi. It made my holding hand go back whenever I pressed the trigger (not recommended if you are on a ladder) and the power was strong enough to clean spots that I had never been able to clean with the other one. The hose at 50 feet, was double the 25 feet hose, I had. For my triple driveway and walkways, I connected a B & S Rotating Surface Cleaner and the result was superb. Have tried only the yellow nozzle, which did an excellent job in my back lanai and patio. Overall, it's an excellent machine. I have only one negative comment to make. I used the machine during several days to do all my cleaning; at my age, I don't have enough energy to complete the task in one day. Yesterday, the hose got a very small hole (pic attached) and that was it; the pressure pushed the water thru and I couldn't work any longer. I switched the hose with the old one and was able to continue. Today, I wanted to finish, but the pressure was drastically reduced and I couldn't find a reason for it to act like that. After I finished the job, I wanted to contact the Bluebery company as suggested by Amazon. The linked website presents all products they have available, but there is no info about the company and no link for contacts. In fact, I don't even know who is the provider within Amazon. The Owner's Manual provides an email address for support, which is located in Shenzhen, China.

Let me first begin, when writing a review on this or any product you should write about the complete experience ( The product and the support given if any by the manufacture ). Many reviews just point out how cute and easy it is to use....O.K....so that being said, if this is not your first pressure cleaner you might be on the fence of its approval. It doesn't compare to the robust competitors but it is a lot less expensive. A few observations are that I noticed the plastic tube for the soap dispenser is to close to the screaming hot engine and it's a disaster waiting to happen. The unit also overheats and shuts off after a full tank of gas, not practical! You do nothing and wait 20...30...minutes for it to cool off before doing nothing different and just pulling the coil to restart. The advertised 50ft hose is very small in diameter compared to what is the normal hose diameter for that length, from the competitors. Over all, its not a bad unit, but I would definitely say its a middle of the road for anyone. My unit came with a defective knob that holds it together so I contacted the seller for a replacement. Service is the back bone to any product, and they definitely came through. Therefore I give this cleaner 4 stars and the seller 5! They stand behind their products.

I got my 3500 PSI power washer yesterday and got oil in it today (did not come with oil). Boy I have used power washers all my life and this one has some power. I can clean most anyplace on my house with just switching out nozzles. I had a 90 degree adjustable nozzle from a previous power washer and put it on my new one to try to clean some gutters. I nearly broke my wrist when I hit the spray. Could not hold it up to clean the gutters. I'm going to buy some extensions and try a little different technique. But if you want a powerful power washer get the 3500 PSI. I do have one issue - the cover for the Unloader valve came off and I cannot figure out how it goes back on. I have some black electrical tape holding it on but going to have to find someone that can show me how to put it back on. Very impressive washer.

I opened and assembled the product added oil and gas and start washing my house. From the start this unit just didn’t sound like my last power washer that died after 10 years! The sprayer would stop randomly while using. So I took a break to let it cool down. When I returned to pull start the unit now the pull start will not engage. Had to take apart and put pieces back in place to get it to work. Got it going again and right back to pressure randomly working. Contacted Amazon to find this piece of junk is not returnable. 3 hours of use and now I have a $300+ piece of junk. Motor is loud but sounds normal, but as soon as you start to spray sounds like thing is going to blow up. Do not buy this big piece of junk that I’m stuck with. Guess time to stop buying from Amazon. Should have stuck with big box stores! Service is terrible, but you can return. Going to reach out to credit card and try and dispute charges? I will post daily on this companies site that sold this junk until I hear from them!

To quote Gomer Pile, "Suprise-Surprise ". I have had a pressure washer for my home cleaning projects since owning my first home. In my experience, home use pressure washers, those with under 400.00 price tags are not built to last. My last PW was a Husky brand. It was 2600 psi and did the job, for 5 years. It was time to replace. Once this PW was out of the box I couldn't wait to get it started. Guys, and gals, if you want a machise that will do a better job for less, buy this PW. The one feature that i like is the low oil sensor which shuts the engine off when low on oil. A side note: check the oil in this machine before starting because it will now start if the oil is low. After topping of the oil this guy started up with one pull. It has less vibration then the huskey and 800 psi more power. Everything is more convenient including the oil drain plug. Changing oil regularly will keep this running a long time. Also, try using no ethanol gas. It'll help keep the the fuel end of this cleaner with little deterioration of plastic and rubber parts of carberator and fuel lines. It runs strong and will power clean like the expensive models. For the money, you couldn't lose.
