I bought this as an attempt to get out of my winter rut. I drank 1 of these every morning for 2 weeks and just observed if it did or didn't do anything to my body and as someone who tried this with no expectations (reading both amazon and internet reviews) I did noticed some slight changes. My mental clarity in the morning after a cup of this is better - way less brain fog. I am significantly less run down and fatigued after exercising (I am training for a marathon and I have added this in with my morning supplements and amminos.) It has cut down on my bloating but this is absolutely not a weight loss situation. It's just a little bit of a lighter feeling in my gut. Cons- This tastes really sweet and I don't always like that, but it's okay. Truthfully, I haven't noticed any negative side effects aside from the artificial sweetness flavor. Overall- I have recommended this to my gfs and I have repurchased this after 2 weeks of use. I will probably continue drinking this through the summer. Cheers everyone ... show more

It's weird to drink green water, this is my 1st time buying Bloom but the mango one is pretty good! I filled up my Stanley cup and sipped it all morning. Not bad!

All right, full honesty. These taste horrible. I mix them in the smallest amount of water possible, and drink it like a shot. The berry flavor is the least horrible of the three. I still gave 4 stars because I didn’t really buy this for it to be tasting delicious. I bought this to help with my dark greens consumption. There isn’t really a bad aftertaste, it doesn’t make me burp, it mixes really well in water and there’s no clumps. The price is much more affordable than other similar products and I like the single serving tube/sticks. Overall, this is a product I will continue buying to improve my overall health. ... show more

You can smell the flavoring but not taste it! Whatever you think greens taste like, this is what it tastes like. It’s also gritty and if you leave it sit the greens will separate from the water. I only used one packet and will definitely not be drinking the rest

I really like this product! I like all the flavours but my favourite is mango. I like that I can shake it in a water bottle or blend it and it never goes grainy. I feel like it had helped with my digestion and I'm less gassy.

I have been drinking this every morning over Ice, I did get the variety pack, not too fond of the coconut, but I don’t hate it. They’re all pretty good, but I probably will eventually just get the container of the powder instead of the individual packets and I feel so great and cleansed ,my hunger cravings have went down a lot. ... show more

I bought these to take on a trip to Africa to make sure that I was getting in my greens. I purchased this brand specifically because of the convenient packaging for travel, and quick delivery from Amazon as I needed them asap. I have to say that the taste is pretty lacking. I was able to get it down each day but it wasn't something that I looked forward to. I think a lot of improvements could be made. The best one was the coconut.
