How easy it was to install it - I bought this and was sitting on it for a while, thinking it would be hard to install. I finally removed it from the box today and followed the direction to use the no-drilling hook to install it to my vinyl siding. OMG, it was so easy. I did it in a few minutes. Now, when it turns dark tonight, I will find out how bright or not is 700 lumen. I will post an update. Ok, here is the update - I tested the motion sensor and the 700 lumen was able to light up my driveway that can park 4 cars. The flood light is all set up and I received a 30-day trial of cloud storage.

I bought this as an upgrade to my existing 3rd Gen camera for the 2K+ capability. Installation and programming was easy. NOTE: the prior wall mount is compatible with this camera so you don’t need to remove the old one. This makes things so much easier. Instructions are in the app when you select + to add a new device.

Very nice resolution & sound quality. Bright lights. Connected to our network easily. Not complicated to install on our vinyl siding. NOTE: Only thing I'd do differently, is bought the WIRED version(saved $$$) and either hardwired it or bought the recepticle plug-in kit.

I bought a 3 pack of Blink outdoor wireless cameras in April of 2019. It was probably a Prime Day, I recall it was a good deal. I loved the ease of set up, the versatility of the app, notifications, scheduling, motion zones and everything feature. In 2020 I had an issue with a camera and called customer support, they connected remotely and told me the camera had failed and 2 days later I had a replacement. Over the years I bought 3 more outdoor wireless cameras and 2 indoor minis. Early this month the camera on my driveway disconnected. I tried the self help troubleshooting but was unable to resolve it. I called customer support and was instructed to reboot my WiFi router and the Blink Synch module. Then remove the batteries and reinstall. Then delete the camera and reinstall. After 30 minutes I was told the camera was dead and out of warranty. Other than to 45 minutes to diagnose the issue I was happy to know that all I needed to do was replace the camera. I decided to upgrade and bought the wireless 2K + floodlights camera. It arrived and I installed it. Everything was fine except I wasn’t capturing and nighttime clips and when I stood in the darkened driveway no amount of movement would activate the lights or the camera. I tried the self help and couldn’t resolve the issue. I called for customer support. The employee’s ability to understand my situation was significantly diminished compared to 6 years earlier. She would ask me if the usb cable was plugged in and I would say yes. 10 minutes later she asked if the usb was plugged in. Her peach was rapid and I had to repeatedly ask her to repeat a word or speak slower. After an hour on the phone and numerous times that she out me on hold to talk with someone else, she asked me if my camera was a 2K. When i replied that it was she told me that it was incompatible with the flood lights. It took me 5 minutes to get her to understand that that I had purchased the camera and lights as one package. Once she understood that she put me on hold again and when she returned she asked me to send her my proof of purchase. That wasn’t too difficult because I had all the info in my Amazon account. After she received my email with the proof of purchase she again left me on hold for several minutes only to return to tell me that to properly troubleshoot the issue I needed to call back after dark. I had spent over an hour with inept staff to be told to call back after dark. The quality of customer support has convinced me to change camera and security products.

Easy to install and set up. I like that it can tell you if it's a cat or a person. Just trying to figure out why there is a delay in notifications of movement sometimes. Overall pleased with Blink 2K
