Solid, well-made, easy to assemble, but seems significantly heavier then advertised, I.e., it’s a real pain to attach and detach from vehicle, which it often needs to be due to its size (width)

So far this carrier is working great. Looking at the frame pieces and connections is assuring that it will hold up well, remain tight on the hitch, and secure our bike on the back of our RV. We travel rough road areas, so I added stabilizer struts on each end fastened to the bumper. For the same reason, it is mounted about 8" higher with a top bumper adapter for clearance. It looks pretty tough, so unless something breaks or doesn't work, I don't expect to return here to update this review. ... show more

this works great for me. I love the ramp for loading my e bike. and easy to tie down.. it is a bit heavy, I do not leave it on my vehicle when not in use, it sticks out pretty for from the vehicle.

I got this for my ebike. It went together pretty easily, but it is really heavy. Instruction are not great, a bit hard to figure out cause images are small and unclear. I just had to reason it out. Worst of all it came all scratched up. No damage was done to the packaging, so I think they are just sloppy in their manufacturing. The ramp is supposed to attach to the frame put it doesn't. If you put the bolt on one end it won't align on the other end. I will likely just toss the ramp in the car or buy some much longer bolts. Almost every surface had scratches and gouges.
