These are straight-forward to assemble and attach firmly. Slipping the end clamping pieces onto the connecting bars is a tight fit over the brass threaded ferules, but plastic tool like is used for interior panels or replacing iPhone batteries will easily help it slip over. As other reviewers have mentioned, thread locking compound will need to be used on the screws used for assembly. The fit between the screws and the brass ferules provides no friction and neither does the contact between the screw heads and the plastic of the clamping pieces. On my 6-mile test drive, four of the screws had loosened to the point of almost falling out. Seriously, there is no option but thread locking compound. It is easy to leave the attachment screws loose while fitting the crossbars to the correct width of your rails in the position you want them and then carefully lift them off, apply the locking compound, and tighten the screws in place. For whatever reason, the package includes three sets of rubber pads for the clamps. The thinnest ones are the ones for the Bronco Sport. Since the package is labeled as being only for the Bronco Sport, I don't understand why they include the two extra sets. It is a waste that is only a distraction during assembly. I am confident that these can handle the 150 lbs. load that is advertised and I'm not sure what one would want to put on the roof of a Bronco Sport that weighed more than that except a roof top tent. I don't recommend these for a 200 to 300 lbs. tent that one would then fill with 200 to 500 lbs. of humanity. That isn't what they are designed for. When I attached a roof rack to these and then grabbed the rack and shook it, everything was solid as the Bronco Sport rocked back and forth on its suspension. With the windows up and the radio off, there is a barely perceivable amount of wind noise from the cross bars. I don't think anyone will find it to be a problem or could even notice it with the radio on. Those clamps just can't help but create some noise from the turbulence they add.

Super easy to assemble, love how there are different silicon pieces to fit whatever width your side rails are. Fit onto my Bronco sport super easy and seem sturdy. I did not notice any noise coming from them, so I think for this price point it was a great addition. I love the low profile look as well.

Absolute junk does not fit correctly they send a dozen options for a rubber adapter. One of them are close. I just wish I had time to return them. They are on the vehicle, but they look like crap.

Its pretty easy to install. Make sure you place them the right way (there is a front bar and a back side bar) so you don't have to re-install them. It happened to me, it comes with very clear instructions so it was my own fault. Quality-wise, I was surprised with the quality of the bar. It was better than expected. The material is slightly porous matte black metal. It feels and looks great. I was a bit concerned about the crossbars being noisy but honestly you cant tell they’re there. Big relief. Overall: 9/10, the minus one is because the mount leaves a gap under the rail bar; but that’s on it being an universal mount.

Includes three styles of rubber mounting "adapters", was able to find ones that fit the Bronco Sport BASE perfectly. Clearance was a little tight, install the cross bar into the rack mounts first, get them centered, and tighten them down before attaching them completely. Easy to install once the process was established. NO INSTRUCTIONS provided, but easy enough to figure out. Could have probably used some Locktite for extra insurance with the screws. UPDATE-get some locktite or similar product to hold the screws securely, I have had screws loosen and fall out. Not a manufacturing issue and I still like the product. I was able to wrap some electrical tape around the ends of the crossbars to take up the slop in the connection to the mounts and loctitie on the crossbar screws. Feels super solid now. Take your time on the installation, measure and test fit. Very satisfied with how it turned out.

These rails are great! Very solid. Easy to install. I recommend reading the instructions. For the Bronco Sport i used the thinnest rubber padding and it works best. Now i to get my cargo boxes installed.
