This vacuum is amazing! 👏🙌💪 The vacuum itself is easy to assemble and can be done in literally a minute or less. Very well designed! The performance of this vacuum is well worth the price of it. The vacuum I had before this was a Bissell as well and it worked very well until about the last few months it wasn't picking up great and that's why I bought this new one. I am SO SO SO GLAD I stuck with Bissell! Just for fun I vacuumed my carpets with this vacuum after i assembled it. This after I had just vacuumed my carpets earlier that day in the morning. I thought my carpets were clean as could be, but NOPE! This vacuum picked up so much more than the other one did! I highly recommend this vacuum cleaner!

I really like this vacuum. It picks up and holds a lot. It is light weight and easy to use. Easy to empty the canister. It also does get most of the fur off the furniture. Good suction, keeps picking up even after using for over 10 minutes. Worth the price, but I did wait for it to be on sale, lol. The retractable cord is the best too! That was a deciding factor when I bought it. I very much dislike having to wind a long cord after vacuuming, and with this vacuum I just hold the button and the cord is tucked in. Strong suction, it catches all the dust bunnies. With an easy release handle/wand to get any dust or spider webs up high. I'm happy with this purchase!

This vacuum is fantastic! It really picks up the pet hair from our large dog. It makes the carpet look like new! We are so glad we bought it! It is easy to empty the container the hair goes into. It is a great value for the money and reasonably priced.

I’ve waited an entire year to review this vacuum. When I got it I did not love it, I felt it was bulky and not as strong as my previous vacuum. It does do an acceptable job. pros: -this is the easiest vacuum to disassemble, clean, and reassemble. I fully believe this will last the better portion of a lifetime purely because of the ease to repair if needed. -the light at the front shows every single pet hair and crumb on the floor. frankly, not sure i wanted to know all that. -several settings which is nice but not always something i need. nice to have options though. cons: -not the strongest suction. this is really why it isn’t 5 stars for me. - I wish it had more attachments. The two provided are helpful but I feel another, wider, brush style would be beneficial. certainly something you could acquire outside of this purchase.

I bought a Shark upright vacuum that had Pet in the name. Not sure what pets they tested it on but I'm guessing like turtles and snakes because my dogs hair instantly wrapped itself around the roller brush from end to end like it was designed to do that. Couldn't even finish one use before I had to cut the hair off and literally comb it out of each and every brush tuft on the roller. Back it went! I searched smeo more and read the descriptions and reviews a little more carefully and decided on this Bissel. It was $100 more than the Shark but was designed specifically to not wrap hair around the roller so I bought it. Very nice vacuum. It's very well built and everything has a nice quality feel to it. The canister pops off easily and empties easily without having to reach in and pull stuff out. The hose wand also pops on and off easily with the push of a button and the mechanism that holds the wand in place is sturdy which is important with these type of designs as the wand is also the handle so it takes a lot of abuse when using and lifting it and carrying it around. And speaking of carrying it. It's a high quality vacuum but that quality makes it heavy. It can be pretty tiring on stairs. It has great maneuverability as it swivels and seems to have pretty good suction. Gets a lot of really fine dirt out of my carpets that my old vacuum seemed to be missing. And I'm happy to say. Not a bit of dog hair on the roller brush. It all ends up in the canister and it does a good job of getting it off the carpet. Although with long pet hair getting it up is not the issue. Getting it through the vacuum without catching and wrapping on anything and everything is the issue and this vacuum handles it very well. It has a nice head light that works pretty well. The turbo brush tool is the only one I've used so far that actually works and keeps the little brush spinning as you use it. Most stall out if you put even the lightest pressure on them. This one you can use with normal pressure and it just works. The other brush tool has some funky course bristles that make it more like a scrubber and less like a brush. The crevice tool has an LED light in the end that comes on when you attach it. Kind of cool but it has a battery in it that takes up about half the diameter of the tube so this cuts down on the flow. So they made the suction end smaller to match. It works but I'd rather had a normal crevice tool. Also the battery inside the tube means it only fits on it's storage post in one direction so it's fiddly to put away until you remember which direction it has to face. More gimmick than useful. The auto cord retract is nice. This is my vacuum for my man cave area but my wife always steals my vacuums since the rest of the house is central vac and she doesn't always feel like hauling out the big hose and stuff. Fine with me but she NEVER winds the cord back up...or returns it for that mater. I usually find it somewhere in the house with the cord draped over it in tangles. At least with this one so far she pushes the button and lets the cord put itself away...but I still have to go and find it. If you can live with the weight and need a vacuum that can handle long pet hair this is a good choice. It works as advertised is very well built and hopefully that quality will give it a long life worth the price.

It has powerful suction. It really took a lot of dirt out of my carpet, even though I’ve been vacuuming with a different vacuum and hair and debris do not tangle in the brush so it’s easy to clean. I love it.

Ya know, its ok. For a Bissel product I'm not that impressed. For the price, I'm not that thrilled. Does it vacuum? Yes. Do the attachments work? Yes. Did my $70 upright shark I had for 8 years work better? also yes. This does leave a lot of gravel/sand on the floor, especially around the edges of my rugs. And it does not work well on uneven floors. It does NOT clog or bind with dog hair. (or my hair) The detaching from the beater for the hose use is nice but it seems like the hose is short. power cord is very short. and the ergonomics on the handle is just not quite right. I tend to get a sore wrist and/or a blister. filter is easy to clean, and it picks up a lot of deep dust, but anything larger than a grain of rice just gets shot across the room. Also, it does not ruff up my carpet to get that nice fluffy look. Will I use it until it dies, yes. But I will not spend 6 months looking for the same one again like I did my shark.

Works well. Easy to clean. A little on the “Heavy” side. Which makes it harder to push and pull on the carpet. Would be really nice if it had directional sensing drive wheels. Assisting in move the vacuum forward and backward.
